I ordered a ring on 4-3-2024. I put it on layaway and paid them on time. I moved in august. I called them and updated my address. I used PayPal as my method of payment. They sent the ring to my previous address. The day I finished paying the ring, I suddenly couldn’t get anyone on the phone ever. They shipped it to the wrong address. They put a stop delivery on the item. I went to FedEx. FedEx refused to give it to me. They requested FedEx to send the item back and tried to run a fast one me telling me I may be out of an item if FedEx returns it because I want my money back. I am putting the entire case on my TikTok and YouTube channel. Please avoid the scam! My engagement is planned on April 27 and they have ruined it for me. PS: they never apologized oh I almost forgot they sent me a logistic guy by the name of Joe Gleksman and he literally accused me of stealing the ring.

The necklace I ordered for my niece’s college graduation is beautiful! I’m very pleased with my choice. The only con was the package was 4 days late. Fortunately I ordered in plenty of time before we travel! Also you really need to center the writing on the gift note. The writing is in the fold of note. All in all very satisfied with the gift! What made my experience great with GUU Jewelry was that the moissanite chain and matching bracelet actually look like the product that you see in the videos. I was also able to pay with Klarna.
