Everything was taken into great consideration from what I wanted, the price, even suggestions and also very flexible with pricing in order to facilitate. After receiving the ring I was very pleased with the packaging and the finished product. Id definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for rings.
Had a great experience working with Faithful Platform when buying the engagement ring. Chase was awesome to work with, and it was easy to customize the ring to what me and my fiancée wanted. He was great at explaining different ring details that most men don’t know or are aware of, and was thorough during the entire process. Most importantly, the prices with FP are much better than you’ll find at other companies, and my fiancée was thrilled with the end result. Highly recommend!

Wow! I was blown away at how well Faithful Platform communicated with me! It wasn’t hard at all to have them make the rings I wanted, and the quality of the rings was amazing. I had bought a matching engagement and wedding band, and I was impressed with how well everything matched and fit perfectly. My fiancé won’t stop telling me how sparkly it is. My fiance and I turned to the Faithful Platform when looking for options for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring. Stumbled upon Faithful Platform when I was watching YouTube videos to learn more about engagement rings. I didn’t know they were an online retailer at first, but they provided a lot of good educational content. When I saw the reviews online, I thought it was too good to be true. I was intrigued by their unique business model and attracted by their mission statement. I decided to give it a shot, and working with Chase and Mike, I instantly felt the online reviews commending them for their exceptional customer service come to fruition. At the same time, I was pursuing other options with brick and mortar retailers. While I was still a little hesitant about being on the hook for a ring before seeing it in person, Chase and Mike’s patience, knowledge, helpfulness, and flexibility got me comfortable with the process. You could really feel that they value you as a customer and want to get you your dream engagement ring. They took care of me every step of the way. They even replied almost immediately to a text I sent them at 10pm! Above and beyond. None of the other retailers I met with could compete with the level of customization, customer service, and quality at the price point offered by Faithful Platform. I couldn’t recommend this company more for your dream engagement ring at an incredible price. If you are at all hesitant about them being an online retailer, I strongly recommend you take the leap of faith and give them a shot. You won’t regret it! My fiance is in love with her ring and still gets lots of compliments 2 months after our engagement. I’m so happy with my choice to go with Faithful Platform for a piece of jewelry that is so deeply meaningful to us.
