I ordered a ring on 4-3-2024. I put it on layaway and paid them on time. I moved in august. I called them and updated my address. I used PayPal as my method of payment. They sent the ring to my previous address. The day I finished paying the ring, I suddenly couldn’t get anyone on the phone ever. They shipped it to the wrong address. They put a stop delivery on the item. I went to FedEx. FedEx refused to give it to me. They requested FedEx to send the item back and tried to run a fast one me telling me I may be out of an item if FedEx returns it because I want my money back. I am putting the entire case on my TikTok and YouTube channel. Please avoid the scam! My engagement is planned on April 27 and they have ruined it for me.

PS: they never apologized oh I almost forgot they sent me a logistic guy by the name of Joe Gleksman and he literally accused me of stealing the ring.

How can I begin ,so I have found Beverly diamond on the website and there was a ring that I wanted them to copy and I was looking for a place if they could duplicate this ring and Beverly diamond was able to do that and made my fiancé, the happiest woman ,the smile that she had on her face Was priceless and Beverly diamond Did that , they made $50,000 ring and they were able to Create it to fit my budget they were able to make it available to me in my price range. This Ring is a gorgeous ring. It came quickly and looks lovely on. It is slightly too large for my hand but this is a very common problem for me as I have very tiny fingers, I just wear ring sizes and it's fine. The brand was very easy to order from and super friendly as well.
