Communication was fast and great. Free fedex packet came fast and my jewelry arrived at their facility overnight. Offer came by text less than an hour after arriving ( per their text). The ONLY bad part of this was their offer but that was the whole point right? Less than 25%of spot gold and silver prices according to the handy calculator on their website. Disappointed. Asked for return of my jewelry. Will see how that goes. UPDATE: increased from 2 to 3 stars A higher offer was made via text. Still much lower than I was expecting. So I expressed my disappointment. A “MAX”offer was then made. More than double original offer. Still half what I considered to be the spot value, but I accepted. It’s been > 24 hrs with no response. I’ll do a final update of my review when we’re all done.
