I ordered a necklace…again! I gave it as a gift and then I wanted one myself. I think it speaks volumes and the person raves about one of the best gifts ever. I was able to get back to my others to simplify making the re-order. Quality is good, significant weight to the piece and the unique clasp sets it apart. These are key points the recipient communicated.
You guys are amazing. But me trying to buy one the other free promotion and then by the time im going to the check out prices are completely different and total way off of what im buying just feels wrong please be more specific with your merchandise and the way you do the promotions or specify the difference or changes at the check out so people don’t waste his time.

Placed an order needed it canceled but wait…. They don’t have a cancellation anywhere. So I call they tell me that you can’t cancel after 2 hours but I tried after 2 minutes. So I call back to change the shipping info but you can’t change that either. They tell me I will send you to our management team who never got to me and the order is about to ship. So I’ll probably be out of 200+ dollars. I would not recommend. Feels more like a scam more so than good business.

Your track order system doesn't update accordingly especially when you're out of stock on an item. Which. I placed my order on the 4-17-25 and you're just now telling me today at 10:23am it's out of stock). This item I purchased was an engagement ring piece. Altering my plans. Asking to be accommodated on behalf of your mistake (because your item is out of stock in a size 9 and 10 but isn't reflecting that when shopping. You can look check yourself and see it's showing in stock. Yall need to fix that). This inconvenience has pissed me off and I will not be ordering nor recommending anyone to purchase from your site. The order has been for filled. Hopefully it gets here before Thursday. I didn't not like my purchase from your company.
