They kept me informed through the whole process, even with videos. It was reassuring knowing that my beloved was being cared for with compassion and respect. I chose the blue diamond, and couldn't be happier. The finished diamond's color matched my late husband's eyes. Now every time I look at it, I feel like I'm looking into his eyes once more. They turned my grief into a happy memory I will always treasure.

Unfortunately, my first diamond fell out of the setting. I had used an independent jewler in my area. The care and support you offered with replacing my diamond was outstanding. Liz went the extra mile to gather information with replacement costs. I had a wonderful homecoming with the help of Liz and your team as well. Extra effort on your part made it possible for Ian's diamond to arrive to me on his birthday. That was truly a bright spot in in a difficult day. Thank you to you all!

Everyone was supportive and professional during the diamond's development. Kelly was kind, considerate, answered all my questions in a quick manner.

I've taken Justin's diamond to my jeweler and was amazed at it's clarity and beauty. He told me that blue can be difficult but that this diamond was spot on.

My husband was upset in the beginning but after seeing the diamond he was so thankful I choose to have Justin's ashes made into this beautiful blessing. Just-In-Time for the anniversary of Justin's passing and the beginning of a new program in the area for suicide survivors.

Mary was just an amazing listener to my story after losing my husband.
