I purchased a 2 string Pearl bracelet 18 months ago as a present. It was only occasionally worn and exceptionally well cared for. It broke with the pearls coming apart from the catch when I was with her. I appreciate it was out of 1 year guarantee but was extremely disappointed that Pearl Company simply did not want to know. So I would advise anyone purchasing a product from them not to expect their items to last!
I appreciate the opportunity to buy different sizes in bracelets and necklaces. I also appreciate the opportunity to select quality level and clasp stylle. These are all very important to me. The clasp is essential as I have arthritis and cannot put most clasps on by myself. I live alone so this is a problem. I love the Joyce clasp. My Golden South Seas bracelet is equisite!
The baroque multicolor South Sea pearls are very lustrous, more than the photos can convey. My custom sized order was completed very quickly, and exactly as requested. The white, golden, and black/gray colors are beautiful!

Beautiful but pearls are toooooo small and don’t go around the whole necklace (!!) I had to return it . Maybe you guys should put a comparison scale of some sort. So the customer gets a better idea of how tiny these were, they looked like a piece for a 10 year old child … I say this in a good way .
Anyhow, I’m waiting on my refund.
