Ive bought jewelry multiple times, in the past with ShopLC. Im never disappointed. The quality of gemstones and the construction itself, are exceptional. The gemstones sparkle. They remind me of Harry Winstons. Its a very expensive look, for a lower cost.
Using the $1 Auction is always a thrill. There are STILL bargains to be had. Items are always packed well, kept safe, and arrive timely.
When not using the Auction, I love to take advantage of any/all discounts possible. Just BROWSING the ShopLC website is always fun!( Except I want waaaay too many things & I already have tons!) I can NEVER order just 1 item! I have a serious Jewelry/Gemstone Addiction. (Unfortunately a few junkies stole & traded my gold for drugs about 10 yrs ago which mak we s me sick now that gold goes for $3000/oz! Oh well, such is life...)
Also, I LOVE that ShopLC gives back with meals--great excuse to shop!

The lab created diamond ring with platinum band is quaility and beautiful. When I first attempted to place an order size 6 was sold out. I asked to be notified if a size 6 became available. I don't like all of the individuals who are allowed to bid "whatever" amount on the Rising Auctions. This practice is unfair to ShopLC's loyal customers who are trying to win an auction at a reasonable price.

Liked idea of auction but finding that I win some hours later or a day later when actually someone else won. Very odd to me. Got a product that is rather ugly but unknown if I can return it. Chain on moissanite necklace is a dark gray. Looks cheap. I hate returning because I have to go to post office, etc. Not easy in So California.

The products that I received were very nice and although there was 1 chain that wasn't sent, I did receive a very prompt reply from customer service and I my refund was also promptly processed.
I value not only product quality but prompt and courteous customer service and I appreciated the customer service that I received from SLC. Honestly this experience was a huge improvement over past interactions that I've had with customer service and greatly appreciated.
