We’re glad to hear you were impressed when the ring first arrived — you even left a 5-star review at the time, which spoke volumes about the quality and service you received.

To clarify:
-The ring was shipped on time.
-The diamond was flawless.
-Nothing about the craftsmanship has changed.

What has changed is the cleanliness. If the diamond looks cloudy after four months of daily wear — including exposure to lotions, perfumes, handwashing, and showering — that’s not a quality issue, that’s buildup. It’s like wearing a $2,000 dress every day and never washing it, or living in a home and never cleaning it. Naturally, it won’t look like new unless it’s maintained.

This has nothing to do with the quality of the ring and everything to do with upkeep.

A simple jewelry cleaner — under $10 — will bring the sparkle right back.
We respectfully ask you to reconsider the updated rating. It doesn’t reflect the product or the service, just a lack of maintenance. The 5-star ring you loved is still the same — it just needs a quick clean.

Just to clarify: those follow-up emails came from Trustpilot’s automated system, not from us directly. They only continued because no review had been submitted yet — that’s just how their platform works.

That said, we get it — no one loves extra emails, and we’re actively working on preventing that kind of overcommunication moving forward.

What caught us off guard though was the one-star rating, especially when you had nothing but positive things to say about your product and experience. We’re proud to have excellent reviews from customers who truly love what we do — and your original comments clearly put you in that group.
