Had a positive experience with this company and would purchase from them again.
I purchased a loose stone for an engagement ring. Lots of inventory and easy to navigate website. I paid extra for expedited shipping because I was on a timeline. Placed my order 3/21/25, it was confirmed 3/23/25, shipped 3/25/25 and received on 3/31/25. The diamond was beautiful and came with the IGI certification. Overall, great experience.

I have purchased 3 items from LGD, a diamond for a custom engagement ring, a wedding ring and an eternity ring. All three have been great experiences and very high quality products. The rings themselves were platinum and perfectly made, the diamonds in the wedding ring really sparkle and are super clear (and big!). But the best of all was the engagement ring diamond which was true hearts and arrows 4ct, HPHT and came out just perfect. I don’t think you can beat the craftsmanship for the money. They really help you out with organising shipping and import duties too :)

I was unsure about ordering since the prices were so low. I checked around and saw lots of good reviews and decided to order two 1.9 karat round diamonds (D, VVS1, Ideal, Hearts and Arrows, IGI certified) and had them mounted in platinum ear stud settings by LGD. They appraised for more than double what I paid, and the jeweler said the two stones were 'exceptional' and the mountings were well done.

I also purchased another 1.9 karat round stone to be used as a pendant and the jeweler confirmed the stone meeting all the IGI certificate claims and also being 'exceptional'. It was also appraised for more than double what was paid.

The goldsmith I used is one of the best in the area and he had warned me before the appraisals that IGI cert ratings can often be 'generous'. After the appraisals he said he was pleased to state that he was in full agreement with the certs and he confirmed that the pricing on the stones was a great deal. My wife is very happy and I am quite amazed that I could get so much and pay so little.

I recently purchased a lab-grown diamond ring, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was torn between a natural diamond and a lab diamond at first, but the eco-friendly, ethical, and cost-effective nature of lab diamonds really won me over.
It's brilliance and clarity are outstanding. Honestly, it looks just as stunning as a natural diamond.

Great communication regarding shipping/tracking updates which is important for a purchase like this! Shipping happened to be very fast for this diamond (but I know this isn't always the case depending on where it's coming from). Great communication between me and the support team when I had a question about returns -- I had asked whether cancelling an order counted as a return toward the 2 return limit. I had a prompt response letting me know that "A cancellation before the item ships does not count as a return, so it won’t affect your annual return limit."

I ended up going with the diamond I purchased but it was helpful to hear from them quickly since the return window is only 7 days.
