Bought a LV bag for $1100. It definitely was not worth the price. When I asked to return it, they said it was the final sale. Nowhere was it stated final sale, Not in the presentation, not on the email confirmation, and not on the invoice. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was a final sale and tough luck. I thought myGemma stood by its products But apparently it does not. Very unprofessional rude customer service do not buy from this company. 😠
