My experience with JAXXON customer service was great! I worked with Mae, and she made the whole experience seamless. Thanks for all your help today, Mae! She explained the return process and all the options available to me, which allowed me to process what she explained and make the appropriate decision for myself. The return process seems simple, and I should have no issues during my return to the Happy Returns drop off location.

I ordered the huggie hoop earrings for my boyfriend and they were just too big (in size, weight, and shape). I had issues returning my item. I never received the email with the return label likely due to it going to spam, and missed the return window. However, REESE was able to resolve the situation and make my return seamless and easy! If you’re on the fence with purchasing an item from Jaxxon, I would go for it since their customer service is so amazing!!

My experience in returning my necklace due to an unfortunate clasp break was flawless and seamless. Fria made the process very simple, especially the Happy Return process where ALL I HAVE TO DO is bring the necklace into my local UPS, have them scan the QR code that was given to me, and boom. Done. Loved it

Best customer service experience with REESE!

I ordered a chain and bracelet set but unfortunately received the wrong chain, and it was also broken. While the bracelet was fine, it fit a bit too tightly. Thankfully, Fria was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. Her support was truly amazing!
