She explained the return process and all the options available to me, which allowed me to process what she explained and make the appropriate decision for myself. The return process seems simple, and I should have no issues during my return to the Happy Returns drop off location.

I ordered the huggie hoop earrings for my boyfriend and they were just too big (in size, weight, and shape). I had issues returning my item. I ordered a chain and bracelet set but unfortunately received the wrong chain, and it was also broken. While the bracelet was fine, it fit a bit too tightly. Thankfully, Fria was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. Her support was truly amazing!
