Gema&Co did a absolutely amazing job. I had a fee questions to start with so I sent a email and within minutes received a response (it was also late at night). They notified me when the ring shipped and upon receiving it, it was absolutely stunning.

Working with Liz Weaver on what I needed but also having it expedited before the trip I had planned to propose on was not a small feat. Liz did a good job communicating timelines and all prices that would be included. 100/10 on this. Liz was great to work with and I know my responses at all times of the day were probably sporadic, I never went more than 8-10 hours without hearing back.

Fast forward to a month after the proposal and daily my fiance looks at the ring like the first day in absolute awe of how well it turned out and how well it sparkles.

The constant communication from the company while getting a custom piece made was so great! I knew where my ring was every step of the way. The designers knocked it out of the park on the first try with their renders and the when the ring arrived it absolutely exceeded expectations. The quality of the diamond and the polish on the band and setting were amazing!

Production was delayed so I reached out voicing concern about the ring not coming in on time for my proposal date. I received an email back saying my ring would arrive well before the date of my proposal and here we are. The day before I leave for the vacation I planned for the proposal and no ring. Customer service was unhelpful and you would think with an expensive purchase that needs to arrive in a timely manner, expedited shipping would be the answer, not regular USPS shipping. Very disappointed.
