It was an easy to follow program however they claim free trial, in actuality it's discounted first 30 days. Before 30 days is up they auto bill you. My discounted 30 days was approx $23. My next month without warning I had 92.43 pulled from my PayPal. Thank God it wasn't linked to my checking account. When I messaged billing asking for at least a partial refund due to them renewing 2 days before due date and not expecting almost $93 a month. I was told sorry for inconvenience we won't bill you next month and we will cancel your service. If you sign up just beware renewal dates get moved up without warning and you may get surprised with a hefty monthly fee. I would love a partial refund at minimum, I know they won't....but a girl can dream. Will never use this company and definitely will not recommend! Told all my coworkers about shadey tactics of this company hopefully others won't get ripped off like I feel I was. And no I didn't reach any goals or lose weight following their plan.
