I had an awful experience here on 5th April, they cut off the top of one brow with scissors, over threaded one brow and not enough off the other then when they put the dye on they didn’t just do my eyebrows but around it so I was left with stained skin a different shape then my brow. It looked terrible so I asked them to wash it off, they tried and it wouldn’t come off of my skin. It really was an awful experience and left me so upset. The man on reception was also intimidating when I said I didn’t want to pay because I was so unhappy and they did such a bad job it had to be removed and still looked awful, it had to be done again elsewhere to try and tidy up, but there was nothing I could do about the fact they’d basically cut off the top part of one side so I’m left with wonky brows until it grows back. Pretty sure the girl who did this clearly had no idea what she was doing and have also complained to citizens advice as it really isn’t right how they behaved. Stay away from this place!! I honestly still can’t believe they felt they had ‘done their job’ and were happy with me leaving with how they looked and were all laughing about it when I walked past later! Horrible nasty people!

For my daughter's dance recital, I wanted something special and ordered from nailelf. I submitted various images - some abstract patterns for her thumbs, dance poses for her index fingers, and floral designs for the remaining nails. The design team seamlessly integrated these different styles into a cohesive set. Application was remarkably easy even for someone inexperienced like me - the nails came with clear instructions and all necessary tools. My daughter, who is only 15, was able to remove and reapply them herself when needed. The press-on mechanism was gentle on her natural nails while providing secure attachment throughout her performances.

I was so excited about this kit and the nail polish and it is so beyond subpar. I can’t even describe to you, the first go around. I took everything off and thought oh I’m gonna do it again and this time it will be better completely followed all of the directions and this nail polish is so subpar there aren’t even any words, I feel like I’ve been scammed, but I probably was and I’m sorry if other people don’t realize this before they buy it

Purchased Essie gel couture, waste of money at £11 per bottle and need top setting bottle also,£22 to try a product that is absolutely useless. Definitely do not get 15day wear lucky to make a few days. Colours do not apply properly. Really disappointed in Essie. Time for a brand change, maybe Opi.
