Lume made it right. My order was almost 2 weeks late. I got 2 notices saying delivered but hadn't received it. Stopped watching for it. I saw the pic of it on my porch but someone other than me got it. Lume did refund my purchase price

Old Spice High Endurance is the bees knees when it comes to deodorant. I have been away from this product for over a year and can't for the life of me remember why. The second I opened the cap to pull the plastic tab out I remember the smell of Fresh, strong but not over powering, not quite musky but by no means weak. Match that with actual deodorizing qualities that keep me presentable to customers and clients, supervisors and co-workers it's worth every penny and is still surprisingly inexpensive compared to many others. Won't be going away from this brand again, ever.

I ordered a product from this company and noticed they had the wrong address, I immediately sent them the right address and tried to reach them several times by phone and email. I dont even know how they got that address I have not lived there for over a year. They have yet to respond to my requests and still sent the product to the wrong address. The company whose product it is, Jan Marini, told me that Skincare Essentials are not even associated with them and they are not allowed to sell Jan Marini products so what kind of a scam is this? Why isnt Jan Marini doing something about it? All sounds shady to me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office and I suggest anyone else who has been cheated by this company do the same.

The Lord Jesus led me to the product Honey Pot lavender vulva cream at CVS. I had tried so many things to get rid of an allergic reaction to castor oil/olive oil I had been experiencing in my vagina area, and I was feeling hopeless. I went to the doc to get a diag to see if it was a yeast infection, but that was a negative, still the doc gave me a prescription for an antifungal and while filling it at CVS, they had this little vulva cream 50 percent off. I decided to give it a try. It works! The Lord is good. I am finally feeling better in my yonder parts and every day getting better. Thank God for you!

Horrible horrible horrible. Their shipping stinks. Their orders always are late. I like their vitamins but all their BS policies stink. Not a good way to run things.

Only complaint I have is it took about 2 weeks to come in. But even with that, very satisfied with my purchase! Will wear with pride and tell everyone where I got it from!

Where is customer service? Do we just get "contact us" through email with Buff City Soap??? I received a bad shipment of laundry detergent-about $100 worth.... no smell, discolored, and hard clumps throughout product. I have reached out to customer service through their preferred email THREE times-no response.
