Payal has completely transformed my approach to health and fitness in ways I never thought possible. She created a tailored nutrition plan based on my likes and dislikes, customized my macros to suit my body and goals, and designed a fitness plan that fits seamlessly into my daily schedule. Her weekly check-ins provide the perfect balance of accountability and encouragement, ensuring I stay on track while making everything feel sustainable and second nature. Thanks to her thoughtful guidance, I’ve finally learned how to properly fuel my body, improved my relationship with food, and achieved results I’ve never seen before.

Could not recommend Payal more!

Working with Payal has completely altered my understanding of what a sustainable and healthy lifestyle looks like for me. With her help over the last 3 months, I have made strides in my health journey that I didn’t imagine was possible - from losing stubborn weight I haven’t been able to get rid of for over a decade to fundamentally shifting my relationship with food and nutrition. She helped me navigate some of the most stressful periods of my life (getting married, injuries) while still holding me accountable. Payal is an amazing coach!

Working with Payal for the last few months across my fitness journey has been amazing. She’s helped me transform my relationship with food and exercise, be more mindful of my choices and the accountability has made a huge difference for me. Payal is great at adapting the plan to my schedule and needs, whether it’s modifying workouts for a hotel gym or advice for managing low energy or sickness.
