As a nutritionist I want to give my clients all the support they need. With lumen it's so easy to know how food, exercise, fasting, sleep impact their health. You will never start a diet just beacuse someone told you, this is about you and thats why it works.
I was following keto diet and I hit a plateau. I did not want those GLP-1 injections or any medication to lose weight. I was looking for something that would teach me how to eat correctly, then I found Lumen. I’m starting my third week and I’m already loosing weight. With the app macros suggestions I learned that I was cutting too much carbs, and for a while I was not loosing weight and I was always tired, without energy for my workouts. After two weeks, my energy was back! I was able to do my workouts with more energy. I’m also learning a lot about how my metabolism works, Lumen helps me to fix diet and exercise habits that are hindering my weight loss. For me Lumen is the best thing I bought for myself.
After the reviews, I was surprised how much information is actually available. I've changed my eating habits completely and I'm seeing much more even energy levels with a whole new understanding about carbs and fat. And things I thought I couldn't / shouldn't eat are doing really well based on what lumen tells me! So I'm quite pleased! It's an adventure in understanding your eating and how it feeds your body! It’s only been the first week and I’m totally confused On what I’m supposed to be looking for. Maybe the second week will be better. The only thing it has told me is that I burn Mostly Carbs.

I love it. I am addicted to Lumen. From morning to night. I still have a lot to learn. I wish there was a handbook though. I know we can go on the internet and find the answers to my concerns or questions, but I still would have liked a Manuel to make it easier.

Following my breath rather than calorie counting. It makes eating feel so less restrictive! Trust the macros for carb cycling to understand my metabolism!

I do not like this device at all. Despite watching all the videos and reading all the support articles, it takes many tries to get the reading. I have to keep starting over. Also, the food tracker on the app is terrible. I have used several versions of food trackers over the years and this one is the absolute worst. I feel like I was scammed into buying this. The pricing is not transparent at all. So many hidden costs led me to spend $400 on this when I thought I was getting a sale price of $199. So many conditions on getting that price that only showed up at the very end of checkout. There is no guarantee on this device and you can’t return it once you use it.

I was considering purchasing mainly on the recommendation of Dr Jung, but after reading the no refund policy I decided against purchase. How is this even ethical to sell such an expensive device and service without an option for refund?
I can’t speak to the effectiveness of of the product but the business policy turned me off

The reason behind the policy is due to the intimate nature of the device given that users are required to breathe through it, it inherently involves a transfer of bodily fluids (saliva). So to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers every device is brand new.

Fairly new user, but so far so good!
You never know for sure when you buy a product online. But Lumen has been a high-quality product and a very good app experience. The software is top quality.
The data is definitely helping me make decision decisions and looking forward to getting the results. Helpful to just have some insight into what my body is doing anytime of the day

I was skeptical when I first heard about Lumen. It sounded too good to be true. It has met every expectation I had and exceeded all of them. In a short period of time, weight has been steadily coming off, my energy has improved, overall energy is increasing. All of the things I had hoped for are happening.
