This has been my first experience with GoSupps.
I placed an order for a product that I was so excited to find. I had been unable to find it anywhere else. I placed an order for 4 bottles which was over $100.
As it turned out, this product was actually not available anymore. They graciously apologized and offered me some alternatives, but I knew those would not work.
When I asked for a refund I was very relieved that without any hesitation they gave me a full refund !!!
I will absolutely recommend this company highly!!

I purchased a charging cable and withing 24 hours asked to cancel because of the price hike and the fact that i no longer needed it as fast. The order DIDNT ship yet but they sat on my email until they could provide a notice that they are PREPARING to ship it. AKA they put it in a box but I know ots not on the shipping line yet. They ignored me and said they didn't get an email asking for cancelation. I quickly replied with a screenshot of the email I sent, then they left me on read with no reply.... No where on the site can you cancel either. Pretty shady. Just wait for the ACTUAL supplier to restock. 1 outta 100. Do not reccommend im going to go to my bank and dispute it.
Edit: I see they replied. Let's see how long it takes that email to actually come through and for them to process a refund. If it ever does I'll edit this again. Standing by.....
Items delivered on time, well packed and delivered securely. Since those brushes are for a gift, I will keep the wrapping around the box intact, however I feel confident that they will appear in a beautiful state upon opening and will be very much appreciated!! Many thanks to this company as these were not available in many other stores… 👏

They will ignore your emails.
When purchasing from this website it's a third party buyer. WARNING this is a drop shipping website. This company has listed products from Amazon at hiked up rates. Some of these products are not even available. I am the CEO of a company that had its product data pulled from amazon and put on this website. Its fraud. As our products have either had ingredients changed, labels changed or discontinued. Such shaddy companies are the worst.
They claim that they get "authorization" That is nonsense! The data is literally copied directly from the Amazon listing. We have no authorized suppliers. Dream on. You have been caught. Yet another typical drop shipping company.
Keep digging!! I am a SMALL Business, they are made in my kitchen with my bare hands. I HARDLY sell anything LMFAO keep replying with more and more lies because you been caught as a drop shipping company.
YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCTS. You pulled the data straight from Amazon listings. I can count on my hands how many of those limited edition products were sold, and I have everyone's names and records of every single customer. Some of the products of my company you have listed, HAVE NEVER SOLD A SINGLE UNIT!! Keep lying! If my products are not removed from your website, I will report it to your web server. My brand is trademarked and you have no authorization to display or sell my products. You are blatantly scamming people.
EDIT: I did send email, whats app, called, left messages on the shady VOIP answering machine. Ain't nobody got back to me.
& yes of course I am going to call you a liar. This might work on big companies that sell a lot, it's not working on me. I have NEVER sold a single unit of these items, nobody owns them. We do not have a single "authorized retailer". It's a small business. You pulled the data straight from Amazon, listing title & wording lmao laughable. I can even tell exactly when it was pulled because I constantly update my product names & listings to make them better. Which is another reason why dropshipping is WRONG. Fear Allah.
