However, there was a slight dent on it, probably due to the overseas shipping. The customer service team was super attentive, apologized for the issue, and even reimbursed me to fix the damage. While receiving a damaged product was disappointing, it wasn’t a big deal, and their helpful customer service made the experience much better.
