I recently completed this yoga teacher training program and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The training covered all the foundational elements I was hoping for, from philosophy and anatomy to sequencing and teaching methodology. Every aspect felt thoughtfully designed and accessible. One of my favourite parts was the virtual group sessions. Connecting with other students from around the world created such a beautiful sense of community. Sharing this journey with people from different backgrounds and cultures brought so much richness and perspective to the experience. All of the teachers were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They created an open and nurturing space that allowed me to grow, not just as a future teacher, but as a person. This training offered me a whole new perspective on yoga — beyond the physical postures, it became a journey inward. I gained a deeper understanding of myself and felt a renewed connection to something greater than myself. I especially want to give a shoutout to my mentor, Emily. She was such a calming and encouraging presence throughout the training. Her easy-going nature, compassion, and positivity made a huge difference in my learning process, and I always felt seen and supported during our interactions. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to dive deeper into their practice and themselves. Whether you plan to teach or just want to grow personally, this training is truly transformative.

I had such a great experience with Personal hour, specifically Nadia. I had booked a consultation call prior to purchasing an home studio reformer and was so happy I did! She walked me through different reformers so I could decide what I wanted, helped customize certain things and was nice and accommodating. When I had questions about shipping I was given a direct number to call and they walked me through the whole shipping process so I had realistic expectations. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful teachers and engaging, comprehensive learning materials and resources. There is a delicate balance of respecting yoga’s roots and fitting those traditions into the modern world and YogaRenew walks that line beautifully. For an online course, it’s as interactive and engaging as each student puts into it. While there are some aspects that may not compare to in-person training, the price makes it accessible to many people who have a passion for yoga and don’t have the luxury of attending such a training, whether for financial or schedule reasons. Overall, Yoga Renew is an amazing program for self-motivated yoga lovers who want to take the next step!

If you are having any difficulty reaching someone, I highly recommend chatting live with Gaurvar or another support professional. You'll be helped straight away. I haven't started my courses yet, but super excited as the content looks wonderful.

I don't remember downloading this app at all...but it's entirely possible since I do DL a lot of apps to go thru & find the one I want. However, I am 100% positive that I never signed up for a subscription with Aura Health...so WHY does my bank acct show a $69.99 charge from AH?🤔 My Apple subs list shows that not only am I not currently subscribed...but I've NEVER been subscribed to Aura at all! It doesn't exist on my sub list. Also, this was charged to MY debit card, the one we don't use. We only use my husband's card online~to prevent fraud showing up on both cards at the same time. That'd leave us stuck with no debit card while waiting for 2 new ones in the mail! I am absolutely furious! Every time either of us gets a new debit card, it's not long before some random fraud charges show up! WTF?!? We just got new cards a few months ago...this cycle of "fraud on acct--we get new cards--repeat" is completely UNacceptable!!! Now we have this fraudulent Aura Health charge on my card...along with 6mos of fraudulent charges on my husband's card from a well-known scammer company~ Total Adblock! (we already had fraudulent charges from them in the past & reported them to our bank...now they're back!?!?!) So we'll be without a debit card once again.😖 Super frustrating...& illegal! HOW do they keep getting away with this??? Please be cautious about even downloading this app. Looks like I'm just one of many who've had fraudulent charges from AH.

They do not tell you that when you pay £1 for an M&S tea box you have set up a recurring Direct Debit on your card - they took £39.47 off my card...Should be reported to the regulators. Luckily the banks know to block it. But watch out they can do it again on another site as they have your credit card details.
