I reached out via email to customer service regarding delivery of a product for a gift. I was nervous it wouldn't arrive in time. Natalie emailed me back and provided more information and updated tracking info. She was so kind and helpful. It made my day ! Wonderful customer service and I was so impressed by her follow up. Thank you!

Does not respond to emails within the 1-2 business days as promised. Also, you can only email so customer service is a joke.

They sent me the wrong size hoodie and then once I returned it for a
refund, they said they would give me store credit (no refund even though it was THEIR error) and never did. I am out over $40 and can’t get a hold of anyone there.

Good luck getting your package in a timely manner.

Do not order from this company I paid 126 euro for a tracksuit that never arrived. They did answer my emails at first saying it was lost in transit and ' as a goodwill gesture' will resend the order or give me store credit. That was 5 days ago and i have sent them 3 more emails since then and have had no reply. I have tried contacting them through their website and still nothing. I then tried to contact ghem through their instagram page and then received 3 scam messages claiming to be from their customer service and a phone call from kenya which i wouldnt answer as it was from kenya. Avoid this place. I will be going further with my complaint until i receive a refund or replacement

Would not buy from them again

I ordered a sweat top and pants for my teenage granddaughter XXXS. They arrived and did not remotely match in colour pants much lighter than top. I am a 5.6 size 14 and they were too big for me!!!! Really bad quality. I tried to start a return which took me an hour really difficult site to navigate. I paid £4 for delivery and £6 for returns postage so £10 for a pile of rubbish. I would not buy from them again.

Hidden costs!

I will never order from this company again. Despite offering refunds, what isn’t made clear are the charges on tax and return that will be deducted from your overall refund, leaving the buyer out of pocket! I don’t know any other online retailer with policies like these. Avoid!

Avoid! They sent the wrong item, but still kept my postage cost when I returned it. They gave me store credit, which was difficult to use. I ordered another item and it took it off my credit card rather than the store credit, I emailed to cancel it straight away, so they quickly posted the item, but didn't post the one I ordered with store credit, straight after, in any great hurry, so it was deliberately done to keep my money both items. Horrible customer service, not great products anyway. This fad needs to stop! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Terrible

Terrible service from this company. I had an issue with my order so had to contact customer service; no attempt to help me in any way and just passive aggressive responses from incredibly rude people. Offices in Australia so messages only getting picked up in the middle of the night. Awful experience overall. Avoid

Phenomenal customer service!

I inadvertently checked the wrong size for one of the items I ordered for my granddaughter. I responded to the order confirmation email asking if this could be corrected and received an immediate response that a customer service rep would contact me within 1-2 business days. 35 minutes later I received an email saying the size had been changed as requested and to reach out if I had anything else I needed help with. Thank you Ashleigh!
