Easy website to work through to order the correct flag for purchase. My beautifully made American flag arrived within a week and was carefully packaged. I won’t hesitate to come back for my next flag. It might be a bit though since it is so well-made!
The flags are great but I remail customer service because the day after I purchased, I received a sale notice and asked if I could get a refund for the difference. No one ever replied.

Product (flag hook covers) came quickly, easy to install and I had immediate relief from the clanking noise of my flag hooks against the pole! Flagpole is outside of my bedroom window and we get wind, so these were most welcome! Kudos to whoever came up with these!
