I have only used thriftbooks a few times. Each time has been easy and straightforward. This last time, I received the wrong book, and had to go through the return policy to see what could be done. I have to say, thriftbooks proved to go above and beyond my expectations. Within two days, I was refunded the amount of my purchase. I am very happy with their professional, polite assistance throughout this return. I highly recommend thriftbooks for convient and secure online shopping.
I am writing this review because of the satisfaction I have received ordering from Thriftbooks. The condition of books have been consistent to the descriptions, and the efficiency and timeliness of delivery has been excellent. I live in Hawaii and delivery times are not always consistent and swift depending on seller. I also turn to thrift books first when I want a hard copy of a book because I usually find the best prices here and I know I'll get the books promptly, also, I try to not rely on Amazon anymore. I have been purchasing from Thrift books for over 5 years; have gotten many titles. I'd say they are reliable.
I always turn to ThriftBooks when looking for used books in good condition and I have never been disappointed.
I often want a hard copy of a Kindle book I have read to share with others and find it with ThriftBooks. I have even ordered multiple copies of a book to give to people.
It may be that there are other good used book links but I am more than satisfied with the the titles available, the fact I can get multiple copies all in good condition, and the timing of the shipments. Why switch?
I have bought books several times from ThriftBooks recently. The books always arrive in a timely manner. They keep me updated with emails. The books are always in the condition stated on their website when ordering the book. I recommend anyone purchasing from a used book store to give ThriftBooks a try. You will not regret it.

The books are always how they advise them to be. Thriftbooks is true to their word. One book came & it had a couple spots of dirt on the front cover. I took out the Spic & Span & in a couple minutes, I had a brand spanking new book! It is a perfect book.

Ordered books more often arrive in Thriftbooks' ascribed condition. Sometimes, I receive a book in "Good" condition (if that is the only available condition) that has penciled notes throughout. On the whole, I am satisfied with the condition of the books I receive.

The shipping went wrong. They said the book had been delivered to another town---not even my address-
my books have not arrived and they did not follow up on it. I was giving them time to get the books to us.

you really should remove price tags from books before sending them out=especially if they sold for less originally.
