Peter Frampton was AMAZING!!!! I ordered on StubHub and my tickets arrived weeks in advance through Ticketmaster. I had no problem with the tickets because they scanned through. I made sure to save them to my google wallet because of some horror stories I've read. The best part were my tickets being upgraded for free for even better seats on the main level. I will definitely use again.

We went to a Valencia at Real Madrid game using StubHub. Everything went as explained, the seats were better than we expected. Entire process was smooth, tickets were easy to download and use to access the Bernabeu. Now only if Real Madrid had won....

We got into a sold out concert at a reasonable price. My friend had never seen Graham Nash live and throughly enjoyed the show. The City Springs Venue is an excellent place for a Concert or Theatrical Event, but the tickets sold out in 1 hour for this show. Thanks to Stub Hub after market tickets were available.

Bought tix to Hiroshima Carp game while I was in Canada; seller in S. Korea. No problems, tickets were GREAT, as was the game when we got to Hiroshima - which we were visiting for other important reasons - it is the 80th anniversary this year, so paying our respects.

Don't Trust Stubhub that Tickets Will…

Don't Trust Stubhub that Tickets Will be Delivered

Purchased tickets 5 days prior to a concert and Stubhub stated that the tickets would be delivered the day of the concert. 3 hours before the concert, I had not received the tickets and called Stubhub customer service. As it turns out, Stubhub never received the tickets from the seller, who likely found a higher price for the tickets. This is fraud. Ticket platforms should not be able to sell tickets unless they have tickets to sell.

Never again

This was my first (and last) time using StubHub. I purchased concert tickets 3 weeks ago. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately but the confirmation email stated that my tickets would be emailed closer to the concert date. 24 hours before the concert, I still had no tickets. I contacted Stubhub & was told that this was normal & that my tickets would be available the day of the concert at 5pm (3 hour before the concert). I actually live 3 hours from the venue so this was pushing it really close. By 5pm, I still did not have tickets. I contacted Stubhub again & they told me that the seller never submitted the tickets....meaning I never had tickets! The previous conversation informing me that my tickets would be available at 5pm was completely false, there were never tickets to provide. The rep on the phone said that I would get a link emailed to me ONE HOUR before the concert. The link would let me know if there were alternate tickets available, if not, I could request a refund. I explained to the rep that I had to drive 3 hours to the venue & it did not make sense to drive to a concert that I had no tickets to. He then told me he would escalate the issue & call me back in 30 minutes. I sat in my car waiting for a phone call that never came. I called back & spoke to a different rep (who I had to explain the situation to all over again). All she did was repeat herself by telling me "that is our policy and you have to follow it." I asked her why the reps I was speaking to were not following what they were telling me. I understand a policy (even though it's ridiculous) but I don't understand bad customer service....telling a customer that they WILL have their tickets when there are no tickets....and telling a customer they would be contacted in 30 minutes, then not calling. Then the nerve to tell a customer that they have to follow rules. After all this back & forth, I obviously decided not to make the drive without the tickets. As a plan B, I would wait until one hour before to see if there were tickets available & transfer them to a relative that lives closer to the venue. However, after the link was sent to me, it said there were no tickets available and my only option was to request a refund. AAAANNNNDDD the refund would be processed in 8 days. In conclusion, I purchased tickets 3 weeks prior, credit card immediately charged....only to be told that I MIGHT have the chance at tickets one hour before the concert. Only to be told no and my money would not be returned to be until another 8 days. Never. Again.

Stubhub is a thief…

Let me just say that after many years of buying and selling on Stubhub if I could give a negative 5 star review I absolutely would! Bought tickets to a concert. Never received the email with the tickets. Called Stubhub 5 different times, including multiple times the day of the show. Was assured by customer service that I would get my tickets, replacement tickets, or a refund by the time of the concert and a phone call from a manger. None of that happened. We missed the show which was a Christmas gift for our kids. When I reached out to Stubhub again, I was told that I wasn’t entitled to a refund because I couldn’t prove that I didn’t get the tickets despite screenshots of my Stubhub and Ticketmaster accounts showing that I didn’t get the tickets. They basically stole $1000 from me and then refused to make it right despite their polices. Worst experience ever! Will never buy from them again!!

Not even worth a 1 star

Not even worth a 1 star. Bought tickets through stubhub, 1 of them was a aisle seat. Found out it wasnt. Then tried to sell them and my listing never showed up on stubhub. Contacted chat on stubhub and didnt get much help. Called customer support and mot much help neither. Dont know how stubhb is still in business.

Stubhub Works!!!

I found GREAT tickets on Stubhub days before the Brit Floyd concert in Montreal. The seats couldn't have been better, front/centre and the price hardly inflated as some would think.
The staff followed the process to be sure I had
received the tickets.
Very grateful!!!

Stubhub is usually good - but expiry on Gift Cards are a bummer

Stubhub is usually good, but i know its a resell market. For the Lil Yachty show that got posponed then cancelled in 2023 in Vancouver, they issued me a gift card in which i never used it until after my birthday (Just so happens the expiry in 2024 was on my birthday Oct 30) to try to see a show since there were no shows I wanted to go to before then. Since the expiry - they tell me that they cannot do anything with the $128 that I was issued as a gift card. It's ridiculous, atleast give me the option of debit return or not have these gift cards expire. There aren't always a good show to go to even with that sum of money.

Unbelievable

Unbelievable , best avoid !
bought 2 days of baseball.
I have day 1 here
but day 2 I do not , game is tomorrow .
"BUT DON'T WORRY YOUR COVERED"
Yes I may indeed get refunded but I want to go to the game, now scrambling to find even a shit seat.
Deal direct with the venue or TicketMaster.

Never got tickets.

Told I would get tickets two hours prior to event. Never got them even though they gave me seat numbers. Had already travelled to theatre to find out they had no tickets for us. Do not use them.

Their fan guarantee is BS

Their fan guarantee is BS. Ordered tickets to Paul Simon in Denver specifically because they were close the aisle, and so my short partner would have a good view. The tickets sent were different, one row ahead, but way off to the side - much worse IMO, I would never have chosen them and in fact passed over cheaper tickets for that reason. I called and they repeatedly told me that I got upgraded tickets because they were one row closer. I had the person elevate it to her supervisor and was told that the tickets were considered upgraded or at least equivalent and there was nothing she could do.

STUBHUB DIDN'T UPHOLD FAN PROTECT POLICY

My husband got me tickets to a concert through his account and transferred them to me. The event got rescheduled to the next day and Stubhub emailed me with a link to get the new ticket for the new date and the link never got so I missed the concert. I had to spend hundreds of dollars in train tickets and hotels to spend an extra day in Toronto for the new concert date. I was chatting with Stubhub agents back and forth for hours and they told me that if I couldn't get my new ticket through their fan protect policy that I would get a full refund or a 120% I credit. I waited almost 2 weeks for an email that said to call customer service again and they told me we couldn't get a refund because the new ticket was issued to my husband's account and not to mine. I spoke and chatted with 6 or 7 agents within 48hrs, up yo 30mins before the concert started and nobody told me tha the new ticket link was linked to my husband's account. This is a Stubhub issue. They could see that the ticket was transferred to my account in their system, but their system is not suited for transfers and their agents are not properly trained. After hours invested in this issue, I told them to issue the refund to my husband's account and they refused. I missed a concert, hundreds of dollars for the ticket and hundreds of dollars changing hotels and train tickets. They offered the end 25% of the ticket value as store credit, so they pocketed 75% and my husband got nothing after spending hundreds of dollars on a ticket that was a gift for me.

Disappointing Customer service

Ticket selling platform okay, however had an account compromise 2 months ago, have contacted customer services via live chat weekly to be told 'the designated team haven't completed their review' Absolutely no communication, disgusting customer service including one representative who kept messaging me with messages clearly for his supervisor. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The sell you tickets from third party…

The sell you tickets from third party sellers Which never get released to you. And then you show up the day of the event thinking you have tickets because you have a PAID receipt for them but you don’t actually have scannable tickets. Stubhub did nothing to resolve the issue. Wasted plane tickets and hotel reservations trying to see this show. Very displeased, do not use stub hub

I LOVE StubHub! They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. When I didn't get the original ticket that I purchased on the day of the show, I got an upgrade to a section right in front of the stage. I couldn't have been any happier! Thank you, StubHub!
