3rd grade service and zero accountability. This stems from the top with the CEO (Tanuj Shori). He has non-responsive attitude despite follow up mails. Pathetic response for any customer queries. Only time they follow up is for payments. Please find another company and save time and money instead of going for Square yards.

Totally misleading company. extreamely bad response.
Credit to the CRM team for not responding. Very very bad experience. Highly recommended not to engage with this company, My experienc with this c
ompany is from 2021. Three project with this company. The first one, I started dealing with the builder directly, unfortunately my cheques are directed via Square yards (very bad experiences). Second project, lost Rs 15 lakhs, no respond till date. Third and final project, I pulled back.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Commitments & Zero Accountability

I booked a flat through Square Yards in Jan 2024. From the very beginning, I was misled by the sales team. I was promised t
he flat cost would be ₹40 lakh, and was asked to pay ₹50,000. After payment, the cost sheet showed ₹40.5 lakh.

They assured me the ₹50,000 would be adjusted or refunded — first as a builder deduction, then as a direct bank credit — but neither happened. Even after receiving confirmation from the builder that brokerage had been paid to Square Yards, no one from their team has taken responsibility.

What hurts the most is how the company washes its hands off once the booking amount is paid. You’re left chasing people, stuck in a loop of false assurances and no resolution. It feels like a trap. Beware before booking through them.

Please think before invest your hard…

Please think before invest your hard earned money through Square yards.
Be Aware.
I am Gopinath recently moved to UK, we lived in UAE 21 long years, worked for prestigious Group of companies in UAE as Finance Manager / Finance Director. We have invested in commercial property in Noida though Square yards in Jan2021, we were promised returns on time, no deducts, handover on time and they were not busy when the chasing us to invest, once the amount invested they don't bother to say hi to you. You have call them 10 times, send message times to hear Hi from them. My relationship Manager Mr.Amit Joshi now blocked my mobile number and not replying to my email. we lost INR.12.5lakhs from the Investment of INR26lakhs and we lost INR.5.5lakh returns. He shown his professionalism till we made the investment, Now we feel literally we beg for his help to resolve our issues with Land lord. I have never come across a real estate company get 15-20% commission from commercial property.
Please, Please, Please, check and investigate before you invest though Square Yard.

WTC purchased via Square Yards

Beware of Investing – Huge Scam!

I invested in multiple units at WTC, trusting the brand value and your assurances. However, this turned out to be a massive scam, with the developer being arrested and WTC canceling the agreements. Since you earned a commission from this deal, you bear responsibility as well.

I demand my hard-earned money back, and I expect you to take accountability for your role in this. Please clarify how you plan to assist in resolving this matter. Investors deserve justice and transparency.

I had an exBeware of SquareYards' Misleading Refund Process!tremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with SquareYards regarding my pre-booking refund. At the time of booking, I was assured of an instant refund if I decided to cancel. However, once I canceled, the company kept delaying my refund request for over a week, only to later ask for additional documents that were never mentioned before.

To make matters worse, I was suddenly informed that the refund would take 30-45 days—a stark contrast to the instant refund promise made earlier. This kind of misleading practice is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Despite providing all the requested documents, my refund is still not processed. SquareYards’ lack of transparency and customer service inefficiency is frustrating. I urge others to be cautious while dealing with this company. False commitments and unnecessary delays should not be tolerated!

Square Yards If you guys do not have…

Square Yards If you guys do not have any other work, please work on cleaning your office, then your desks and then your brains.

Non Stop calling any number you guys want without any research and pitching makes absolutely no sense.

To Square Yards Sales Reps. please call the management's family and relatives, I am sure somebody will have the time to listen to the garbage and then also have money to invest.

usless and unfaithful

They conducted exhibitions and persevere to sale flat. They offering you lucky draw just to show off and impress visitors only.
reality there is no prices and impressive offer your getting from them in exhibitions. You will have to negotiate with builder yourself. In fact, my builder refused to give me noc letter for bank loan suggested by them.

This Co. is misleading

PLEASE DON'T GET TRAPPED VERIFY EVERYTHING AND TAKE EVERYTHING IN WRITTEN.
They might prove even written proofs wrong as well.
This company will promise you everything to get you on board, but once you’ve joined, you’re left on your own. There’s a lack of follow-through and accountability, and customer concerns often go unaddressed. The Relationship Manager (RM) seems more interested in boasting about personal achievements than genuinely caring about customers' needs. Instead of adopting a "customer-first" approach, it feels as though their motto is “The RM is always right,” dismissing other perspectives entirely.

The sales team fails to provide adequate guidance, leaving you unaware of important rules and procedures. When issues arise, the RM tends to deflect responsibility, claiming ignorance about what was previously communicated by the sales team. It’s frustrating to feel that there’s no accountability for what their staff promises. The RM’s arrogance only adds to this, as he is intent on proving his own knowledge while disregarding others’ insights, assuming that no one else knows as much as he does.

I tried to get a hospitality apartment…

I tried to get a hospitality apartment in Bangalore near the ISCON belonging to and managed by square yards. The owner Abhishek Kumar who uses his phone and his son 's phone ( randip das) is a cheat and he has taken 38,000 from me by SCAMMING me by UPI payment which went to an account by a lady called PUSHPA. He kept leading me in to a scam on and on until he collected RS 38,000 in total just for visiting the apartment appointment which never happened any way. This is a warning to any senior citizen not to go any where near this fraudulent company. Unfortunately they have their way and refused to return my money.THEY ARE FRAUD AND SCAMMERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
It’s a rogue company.beware!

I was mainly offended by the rudeness…

I was mainly offended by the rudeness of Square Yard in Melbourne by Lovish and Ali Mehdi, useless with no knowledge of anything and all false promises just to sell and make money so please my humble request to all the people who are willing to buy a property don't take any services from this square yard most of the good reviews were done by this fellows only in reality they are useless, especially in the Melbourne Square yard these people are just a spoon in between they do not have anything to do with the property or with the customer they just mediators want to make a brokerage money for finding a customer to the builder or company, it is better to approach directly to the builder or company which is genuine and cheaper. I probably would never buy any property on the market that has Square Yard's name on it as an agent, and also request the people please, please, trust me and avoid this fellow.

worst servises ever

worst servises ever, They make false promises of the highest level and then once client has invested they move away. All their agents are so deceptive that any one can easily be fooled by them. They become so friendly and we think of them as family and once we are trapped their true colours come out. All their agents are young unethical people.
