I have been eyeing the Nova lounge chair for over a month for use in the lobby of my Wellness practice. The base price changed from one week to the next and during the recent Easter sale, the base price was marked up significantly (over $100). The sale price ended up costing more than prior. Also, the stock information varied from phone vs computer; one showed my selection as in stock and the other as pre-order for the same item in the same color. Companies have the right to adjust their prices as they see fit. However, I do appreciate fair price and integrity when doing business.

I walked into the showroom on Granville, with a chair in mind. Sales associate Monu Panesar helped me find a better suited one for me, and provided fabric swatches so I could check how it looked in my new apartment. He also gave me his card and told me to email him when I'd decided. He followed up right away when I contacted him, and he put the order through promptly.

My in-store experience at the Toronto showroom with Manda was great, exceptional even ! She was very knowledgeable, patient and was able to help me arrive at the best product to suit my needs.

I will be purchasing again and look forward to a similar customer service experience.

They are horrible at the service
First they convince how good of a service you would get with membership and stuff. I asked them for a replacement of the cover they denied to do so I spent more then 7k on this dressden sofa including membership.
It’s a beautiful sofa but be careful you are spending so much money where they cover for nothing

Wavering prices and Mark-ups

They are horrible at the service

I wish you guys had actual photos of…

I wish you guys had actual photos of the product and not just ai so I can get an accurate look of the product. Especially on the fabric—it would have been very helpful to see it in different settings and lighting

AR feature is so cool

The online shopping experience was easy, and the AR feature really helped me determine how many stools to buy! What a cool and functional feature, very useful. I hope the quality looks great in person.
