I recently had a great experience with the customer service team—they were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. However, I was a bit surprised by the high freight charges, which felt a little steep compared to other companies. Overall, the excellent service made up for it, but the shipping costs are something to keep in mind.
My shipment arrived in just a few days. Very fast with the shipping. The shirts were all of great quality and price. The discount at a certain number of cases was also a great benefit. The only thing that I wish was different would be that the warehouse in VA had more of what I needed. I ended up just ordering all from the IL warehouse to keep shipping down to one location. Worked out great! Various colors and sizes at a great price!!
