Rich has been nothing short of first class to deal with and has restored our faith in used car dealerships and distance sales for us. The car came with top warranty cover (not that we have had to claim on one before) and were surprised and relieved we had it 6 months later. The warranty company were reluctant to cover some aspects of the work but Rich put out minds at ease and sorted it all out. Work done, car sorted. Rich and his team are no nonsense, honest and upfront. We are in the market for another car and when our daughter learns to drive we know where our first point of call will be. We stumbled across a white Range Rover Sport at Rainford Cars that we had been looking at for ages. As soon as we got in touch, the service was just fabulous and nothing was too much bother. No pressure to buy, but encouraged to take our time, enjoy a test drive and ensure that it was the car for us. The car was fully checked over, a full MOT done and the after service was amazing. If looking for a second hand car, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Richie, and Jay was also so helpful.

Myself and my husband have bout 4 cara over the years form rich and can’t recommend him enough. My last purchase was just over 3 years ago. I recently had an issue with the boot and rich did not hesitate telling me to take it in. He fixed it on the spot with no questions asked. If you looking for a car go to rich.

Rainford Cars. I cannot praise this company.enough. From the moment I met Jay I was put at ease. Buying a car can be an uneasy experience. However Jay is honest, polite and so helpful. I purchased a Land Rover Discovery an what a joy the experience was buying from Rainford Cars, made the whole process from viewing to buying a very pleasant experience with no hassle.

I bought a Mercedes a class from rich. Just bought a Range Rover Evoque from Rainford Cars. After a test drive I was asked to highlight any issues with the car which I did. It turned out the car had a few more problems than first thought. Richard was great to deal with and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Fair play to Richard he wouldn’t let the car go until all the issues were dealt with and went to great expense to make sure the car was right. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a quality used car. Thanks again.

As a member of the CTSI, and having worked in the fields of Consumer Protection and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in the Retail Motor Sector for over 25 years. It’s fair to say I was not looking forward to purchasing a second hand vehicle. However, and although unaware of my history. The staff at Rainford Cars were a pleasure to deal with. Not a hint of pressure selling, happily given keys for extended test drives, nothing was a problem. As sceptical as I was (due to my profession), and as hard as I tried. I could not find fault in their sales process of the value of the vehicles they had on offer, which all come with a 3 month warranty. So my sincere thanks to both Jamie and Richie who made a process I was dreading, a most pleasant experience.
