I’ve always had the best experiences with OVCIO but this last one has warmed my hear: due to a confusion with the Brazilian Customs and Post Office I, for the first time, did not receive the products of my last order and they were returned to OVCIO. Now comes the good part: Paul, Vice President of Customers Services, was so kind, so accomodating and has sent all the products again through DHL without charging me. It is such a kind, lovely and gentlemanly gesture that I have no words to thank Paul and all the OVCIO team enough. From the bottom of my heart I send you my warmest and most loving regards.

Replacement after the fire...a story of kindness.
I bought 3 sleeved wraps 1 year ago for myself, my daughter and my daughter-in law. We all loved the way to wrap stayed on our shoulders due to the sleeve nature of the wrap. Unfortunately, my daughter lost her home in the LA fires 3 months ago, and she mentioned one of the things she missed was her cashmere wrap. I reached out to Ovcio to see if they could help me replace the wrap. They were beyond responsive, helpful, offered me a wonderful discount, and the cashmere wrap is on its way. My daughter will be so surprised. I can't say enough about this company!

Love the product. The shipping process could be improved. It was promised by 3/17, my recipient got it 3/28. No order process for gifts (confusing info on website). They package return address is NOT Ovcio, so gift recipients are confused.
