Van Horn Nissan in Sheboygan Wisconsin is the best of the best!!
The no pressure sales person (I dealt with Jessica Schnabl) was a joy to do business with. The dealership was very accommodating and expedient with everything about the nissan pathfinder purchase that I transacted. I just wish that all car dealers operated at this high of a level of customer focus!
Thank you again, Van Horn Nissan of Sheboygan!!

I have contacted Nissan multiple times over 5 years to ask them to stop sending mail to my physical address, but they chosen not to.
The mail is so frequent, at least once a month, but can be once a week. I've been told to contact individual dealerships - and dealerships have claimed there is nothing they can do.
It is ridiculous to buy a product and then as a thank you the company never stops harassing you. I can tell you that kind of behavior ensures I'll never be a Nissan customer again.
My experience from the front door to the back door.
At 1st, it was a little rocky,
We weren't on the same page. The 1st car I got put into wasn't the right fit.
It was settled 😌 I was under the tender care of one of the managers Ann Woods she was instrumental & worked hard to get me a deal I would be much happier with 😊 Sonia Lopez & other sales consultants this time around won me over 👍 with their upbeat personalities, I find they can be very accommodating if there's a problem or you're not satisfied with your ride, let them know right ! Away & they would try to clarify the problem.
Thank 🌺 you guys at Lynne's Nissan at 318 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield N.J.

Buying new car from Jenkins Nissan
My sister bought a new car from Lakeland Nissan Jenkins and just like me we're on once again doing a bad review because she had no fluids checked when she bought the new car it was out of windshield wiper fluid it had tape goop all over the car when I took mine in for an oil change there was oil sprayed all over the inside of my engine when I bought my brand new car there their service department sucks at Lakeland Jenkins Nissan. My husband had the same thing happened to him the oil change was done very sloppy had oil sprayed everywhere how can that happen twice in the same family their service department needs to do a better job.

Imagine taking a much-needed summer…
Imagine taking a much-needed summer trip with your family of four. It’s a busy summer week trying to squeeze in a long weekend with summer camps and family gatherings. To maximize your children’s opportunities to connect with peers and to create meaningful experiences you decide to leave late after camp on Thursday night. Then 150 miles into your trip- BANG- your one-year-old warranty backed vehicle suffers catastrophic engine failure. Your heart sinks. You put your trust in this company to transport your family hundreds of miles away, but they let you down. You’re on the side of the road, your kids are scared, your trunk is full, and you’re stuck the middle of nowhere with midnight approaching.
That is precisely the situation I found myself in one July night. But not to worry, Nissan would take care of me, right? After all, the car was under warranty. Any cost incurred as a result of this engine failure ought to be covered. Or so I thought. Evidently Nissan has no interest in ensuring that you arrive at your destination safely, or that you can rely on their vehicles to transport you to and from your destination. And if you need to transport your inoperable vehicle to a dealership to be serviced- you’re on your own.
The engine repair was covered, but the transportation costs incurred as a result of the failure were not. Nor were the rental costs for half of the time the vehicle was out of service.
Nissan let me down again. I do not plan on giving them the opportunity to let me down a third time.

2024 Nissan Sentra- I believe I’ve got a LEMON
I purchased a new 2024 Nissan Sentra, after many issues with a used car that I purchased, so I figured I’d buy something NEW so I wouldn’t have to haven’t in the shop every other week. Boy did Nissan let me down. There is SOMETHING wrong with my car, and I’ve made EVERY effort to take excellent care of my new car, to protect my investment. Around month two of having my new car, I noticed when I come to a stop, there is a GOD awful “crunchy, grinding” noise that is so loud, my neighbors have asked me what is wrong with my breaks (they can hear it standing OUTSIDE near the stop sign). So I took it into the shop- This noise doesn’t happen every time I stop, only sometimes, mornings being the absolute worse. Shocker- “ma'am your breaks are fine. We didn’t hear any noises while driving it and the noise you’re hearing is “slip stick”- we checked your brakes and they are wearing normal and there’s nothing wrong”. Ok so I left, not satisfied, because the car is still making the god awful noise. They wouldn’t even provide me with a loaner OR a ride to work, since they only shuttle within 10 miles from the dealer. A few weeks later and the noise is worse. I take it BACK to the dealer, and got my oil changes and tires rotated. “ma’am- There is NOTHING wrong with your car”- WHAT? So they’re basically telling me I am a liar. My mother hears it- my father hears it- My kids hear it and whenever someone that rides along with me hears it and always asks - WHAT the hell is wrong with your breaks? I said the dealer said it’s NORMAL and that it’s “Slip stick”. well, my father is who a retired master mechanic, said that the noise is NOT normal slip stick. Third trip to the dealer, and 3 days of missed hours at work, There is still NOTHING WRONG with the car. I called Nissan directly and told them I didn’t buy a Brand new car for it to make a god awful noise (Not to mention I’m a little nervous that there is going to be a breaking failure) Nissan customer service said after reviewing the shop records, and with the amount of miles that are NOW on my car (12k- I drove it on two road trips this summer) but the first time I took it in it only had just over 4k miles, they aren’t willing to trade it in for a different car - I don’t even care if it’s another brand new car- I just want it to sound good - And not like my breaks are going to FAIL. I’m so angry. She said after reviewing my file- they are going to send a tech out to the dealer I got it from, which is over 30 miles from my house. I am not comfortable driving this car!!!!!! Come on NISSAN - DO BETER to your customers! I’ve never recieved such uncaring/crappy customer service from the SHOP to the Customer advocate- NO ONE IS ADVOCATING for me! NO ONE! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT with the attorney generals office and I WILL BE CONTACTING. A lemon law lawyer. If NISSAN is such a great company why can’t they help? The advocate that called me, Kelly- was rude and dismissive- oh I understand, NO YOU DO NOT! If you did you’d be putting me in another car until you find out WHAT THE F IS WRONG With MINE! I am more than frustrated I am fuming! They all act like I’m lying! Why would I LIE ABOUT THIS !? Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM Nissan . I will be BLASTING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYWHERE I CAN BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND THEY REALLY DON’T GIVE A FLYING F

Windshield cracked in half right down…
Windshield cracked in half right down the middle. No sign of any chips. No cars around me at the time. Pathfinder with 4800 miles. Service writer and mechanic also said no sign of outside damage yet Nissan denies the claim. Been in the auto business for 40 years and sure this is a defective windshield. Poor customer service after repeated calls.

2023 Nissan Rogue
I am the owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue that was purchased Sept 2023. The truck has literally been in the shop since October 2023. Everything just about has been replaced from engine mounts, shocks, side grill panels, air conditioner unit, stick shift, back seat and arm rest, the list can go on! 😭 Well I’m Nov 2023 I brough the vehicle to Avondale Nissan do to the tires loosing air! Per the shop mechanic he stated loosing air is as normal and he didn’t see anything wrong with the tires. How the hell is loosing air from a tire normal?! Now here it is 9 month later and I’m still putting air in the tires only to be on a flat due to a nail and since I had to get it patched (Nissan service never game me back my tire 🛞 lock nut) so they filled tired with air and a partial patch so I can make it back to Avondale Nissan from downtown Phoenix only to be told by Avondale Nissan and Nissan USA there is nothing they can do and I have to buy new tires! New tires when I have told Nissan about the tire leak only after having the vehicle less than 30 days? How do I have a new car but it’s giving used issues?!
I will not refer anyone to any Nissan products. I am Very displeased and disappointed in Nissan especially when I worked for a Nissan dealership and I know what can be done behind the scenes! I guess my skin color is not fair enough?! Truck only had less than 10k miles on it and tires before I started having tires issues and on top of Everything else!!!!!
Nissan, go back to the drawing board stop ripping off investors!!!
The fact that Nissan makes money of all service repairs and couldn’t replace 2 tires is ridiculously absurd!

Never buy Nissan
It's sickening to see large corporations, Nissan Corp. specifically, producing parts that are not sustainable and not owning up to their mistakes when it was their job to fix something in the first place.
Aug 2020 my transmission needed repair (under warranty) and they replaced parts (protocol, which is fine). Sep 2022 those same parts failed and I was told I needed to replace my transmission fully at $6500. But I came back and told them it was still under warranty (for another 6 months). The warranty department came back and decided on only replacing parts again. Even though I know 100% that from the mechanics inspection that the best solution was to fully replace the whole transmission. 1.5 years from that fix in 2022 my transmission is failing again. Just to tally this up, this is 3x in 4 years my transmission has failed on a car that is under 90,000 miles. My 1st issue happened at 47,000 miles; 72,000 miles; and last at 89,000 miles. Nissan Corp told me that they would do 50/50 on my transmission repair but decided themselves it needed to be fully replaced. Although it's doing the exact same thing it did in 2020 and 2022. So instead of parts they want the whole thing which now would cost us $4000. My transfer case in addition is leaking as well from all these transmission issues (but Nissan won't cover that) that's an additional $2000. So a total of $6,000.They won't tell us why they decided on doing it this way instead of all the ways they did before. And won't tell us why they chose to not fully replace it when I was instructed it needed to be when it was under warranty. Now my car is devalued and I don't have a vehicle. Thank you Nissan for treating your customers like garbage. *over a month battle, how exhausting

I have owned a 2022 nissan frontier for almost two years. The truck has been great but recently I have been experiencing a problem at my residence. I can't unlock or lock or start the vehicle by my key fob. It seems to be only when I am parked at my residence. I took my vehicle to the local dealer where I work to talk to the manager. I then tried my key fob and I could unlock and lock my truck. It has to be something in the vehicle. My wife has a 2022 nissan kicks she has had no problem. So I can't believe it's my residence. There must be something with the frontier. I have also read others having same issues.

Done with Nissan!
It's hard to understand how a global company like Nissan could have such a terrible website and customer service line. Every single time I try to log in, I have to reset my password and it still doesn't accept it. This is a known issue because when you call the 800# the auto -attendant states you have to reset your password. I gave up even trying to log in anymore. Then calling the 800# is just as bad. The auto-attendant keeps asking the same question over and over again, and the wait is ridiculously long. I own a business that relies entirely on customer service, and I would never allow my clients to have anything less than a stellar customer service experience.
I've been a loyal Nissan customer for 15 years. I've leased four Nissan vehicles during that time, but I am done. Until Nissan terminates their current website vendor and the Nissan director in charge of overseeing them, I would never consider buying or leasing another vehicle from them. If they can't manage a website, then they can't build a decent vehicle.

I would not suggest Nissan to anyone
I would not suggest Nissan to anyone. Nissan is known for putting these bad cvt transmisions in these cars. Mainly Versas, Sentras, and Altimas. They want you to pay money for a new transmission so that they can get more money. They make these cars cheap for you because they will have more problems. They sell you on the fact that they are great on gas. I have bought 2 Nissans. Rogue and Sentra and both cars needed new transmission. This is my last time getting Nissan. Im moving on to Honda. Nissan USA didnt care about the fact that I tried to gst the car fixed under warranty. They kept telling me a code didnt come up. If you ask me I think they are lying. We arent back there with the mechanics to know the truth. Because if the car is fixed under warranty then no one gets paid. They are all money hungry. There is currently a law suit taking place as we speak on Nissan for 2.77 million compensation for scamming their customers. If you dont believe me look it up and try to sign up for the settlement. Thats all they want. Hear me when I say this. Dont get Nissan!!! Dont do it!!!

WORST EVER VEHICLE MANUFACTURER…
WORST EVER VEHICLE MANUFACTURER EXPERIENCE
I WOULD GIVE ZERO RATING, IF I COULD.
I AM FACING AN ISSUE AMOST 1 YEAR- UNABLE TO CONNECT MY BRAND NEW 2023 SUV WITH NISSAN CONNECT FEATURE (MOBILE APP).
BOTH NISSAN CONSUMER SERVICE AND DEALER ARE NOT RESPONSIVE, I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK FORTH FOR LAST ONE YEAR, ISSUE IS STILL THERE.
NISSAN CONSUMER AGENTS ALWAYS TRYING PASS THE ISSUE TO DEALER AND CLOSE THE CASE. NO FOLLW UP, AS A CUSTOMER I HAD TO BEG THEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
MY RECOMMENDATION IS ZEROOO FOR THIS MANUFACTURER.

Great cars
I am just thankful to this company because I am an owner of the car from this brand.
I mean, I get along with everything, they manufacture nice cars for different social layers. If you wanna be a street racer, then pay attention to their skylines which are kinda renowned due to video games.
Wanna have a good time with your family in the trip, surrounded by comfort and modernity, then look at other models.

I bought a used Altima in January of 2018. It had 47000 miles on it and I paid $15k for it. In June of 23 I took it in with a slipping CVT transmission. The mileage was only 51k. The class action lawsuit applied up to 84k miles or 7 years. It was 20 days past. I appealed to Nissan and they would not provide any compensation

Nissan rogue…bad transmission in just 8yrs
I just bought a 2015 nissan rogue with just 91k and engine light turned on. When showed to dealer, he mentioned it requires transmission change. Just after 8yrs and less than 100k miles, i ended up spending 1/3rd of car’s msrp.
One of the mechanic whom i showed engine light, he told me that nissan rogue is a trash car and starts giving issues in few years.
When i contacted nissan usa and requested to do a root cause of failure, they simply declined to do it.
I will never ever buy a nissan again and also wont recommend to anyone.
