ABSOLUTELY USELESS! AVOID AT ALL COST. Really really bad customer service. Spent 5 minutes to a 'Nike Athlete' spelling my email address which is only 4 letters and 2 numbers and even after that he asked me to confirm my email address?!!! All I wanted to make is a simple purchase of 1 pair of trainers. I tried desktop, laptop, mobile and the app. ABSOLUTELY rubbish. Nothing was working. I tried several different payment method, still kept failing and kept saying there is an issue but nobody in the ENTIRE worldwide site cannot tell me what is wrong. I'm done with this brand. Never purchasing ever again- avoid the headache and buy a different brand.

I have recently bought a pair of Nike golf shoes for £135 and after 3 months of wearing them 2 or 3 times per week the rear heel area inside the shoes on both feet had worn through causing injury to both heels whilst wearing.
The company I bought them from gave me a refund so I bought another pair of Nike golf shoes, this time £195 for the pair, I have worn them TWICE and the sole is coming away on BOTH shoes. This is NOT what I expect from the top of the range golf shoes from Nike.
Has the quality of their products become so poor and cheaply made or have I just been unlucky?
Even with full proof of return, Nike kept my money — unacceptable from a global brand.
I returned a pair of 300€ football boots to Nike’s return center, with all documentation to prove delivery.
Despite this, they refused to refund me and failed to resolve the matter.
Their customer service is rigid, slow, and dismissive, showing little regard for customer rights.
For a company of Nike’s reputation, this service level is simply unacceptable.
Big brands fall when they forget who made them — their customers. Goodbye, Nike.
If I could have left no stars I would have. What an absolute joke of a company. Made an order but never received told me to contact dpd did so, and dpd told me to contact Nike. Nike then said no refund or replacement as they had done an investigation but they couldn’t have because they won’t contact dpd for some reason. So I’m down the money and goods. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs

GUYS WHAT A **** NIKE IS AWESOME
I really can't understand why it only has 1.7 stars when it's good, complete and legit. Come to your senses. Every time I've ordered, everything has been complete. And the service is incredible.

Shockingly Poor Service from Nike — Still No Refund, Ignored by Support
I’ve been a loyal Nike customer for years, regularly buying top-end running and golf gear. Most recently, I spent £285 on a new pair of Alphafly 3s just 6 days ago. But the way Nike has handled my recent return has been nothing short of disgraceful.
On 23/03/24, I contacted Nike about my Alphafly 2's Eliud Kipchoge edition shoes that had completely deteriorated after just over a year of occasional use (only worn for tempo sessions and racing). The foam was completely shot and ripped, which is unacceptable for a premium product. I was told that I would receive a full refund automatically if I returned them.
I sent the shoes back promptly, and they were delivered and signed for at Nike’s distribution centre on 31/03. I was told to expect the refund around 9 days later — roughly 10th April.
Today is 17/04, and I have heard nothing. I reached out to Nike via live chat and was treated appallingly:
The first agent couldn’t handle the fact that I was unhappy and abruptly left the chat.
The second agent repeatedly ignored my messages, clearly trying to end the chat without helping me.
Only after I threatened to involve Trading Standards did they claim it had been "escalated" — but told me to wait another 3–5 working days.
This is absolutely unacceptable from a global brand. You sold me a faulty product, promised a refund, and have now wasted nearly three weeks of my time without action — all while I've just spent another £285 with you in good faith.
Your product quality has dropped. Your service is worse. And the way you treat paying, loyal customers is shameful.
Sort this out.

New waiting period for the replacement is needed and I have to personally take time to mail a return for the single shoe that did arrive despite it being their mistake.

Reviews here are terrible and I can see…
Reviews here are terrible and I can see why. Purchased trainers a few weeks ago and they arrived with the chain broken. Complained and after an hour sat on chat, told me they can’t do anything as it’s normal wear and tear, even though they’ve never been worn!?!? Disgusting service and photos were sent

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Support
I’ve been a loyal Nike customer for years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I purchased a headband for €19.95, and after just a few years of use, the logo started to peel off. I reached out to Nike’s customer service with clear evidence (pictures and receipt) and was hoping for a resolution.
However, Nike declined my request for a refund or replacement, citing the fact that I had removed the care label. While I understand the importance of product care, this had absolutely no relation to the actual quality issue of the peeling logo.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be dismissed, especially when the issue is clearly a product defect and not misuse. A brand like Nike, which prides itself on quality, should be more responsive to customer concerns, especially over a small item like this.
Despite the product being outside the warranty period, I expected better customer service and more understanding. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Nike based on my recent experience. It’s a shame, as I’ve always admired the brand, but now I’m questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I didn’t expect such a poor customer…
I didn’t expect such a poor customer experience at Nike France. Re-purchased v2k run in the same size just to find out the sizing has changed completely. No return label included in the parcel. And when you try to return via the website the return page doesn’t load. Really? That’s how we try to avoid returns now?? Had to call customer service to get a return label. Won’t order again out of principle (waste of your customers time is not a good strategy to avoid returns)

Disappointed and Injured by Nike
Disappointed and Injured by Nike
I’ve been a loyal Nike customer and an athlete for years, but I’m extremely disappointed. I bought a pair of running shoes that caused me heel pain in my right leg every time I wore them—only 4to 5 times in total.
I went to the Nike store in Beirut, Lebanon, and they simply returned the shoes saying there’s no issue. This is unacceptable. Your local branch is unprofessional and dismissive.
Nike, your product is causing me injury, and no one is taking responsibility. I expected better. You’re supposed to support athletes, not hurt them.

Nike failed to ship the shoes I ordered…
Nike failed to ship the shoes I ordered and cleared indicated in their app that my order was never picked up by the carrier. However, because I reached out after their deadline, they refused to issue any sort of partial refund. However, their phone support did tell me they are constantly trying to evolve and have some great sales going on, so at least they gave me a good laugh. Stick with companies that offer good customer service and avoid Nike.
