I kept getting emails talking about "best jeans for hot weather;" I'd click on the link and get a page that showed ALL your jeans and none were marked "best of hot weather." I finally wrote customer support and the nice person Nathalia suggested Mercer or Mosco jeans. I ordered Mosco as they were less expensive, and the page offered me a 20% discount code. I used the code and it said that the jeans weren't available for the 20% discount. Ugh.
I like the Mott & Bow product; fits me well and quite comfortable. I like the simple, classic styling -- fits my style. I'll continue to be a return customer.
One critique. Your size selection is lacking in length. I'm a solid 34 length (6'1") and there is no availability in that length in seasonal colors. Would like to see expanded selection in longer lengths.
I really like the material and feel but they didn’t fit comfortably. I wasn’t aware that my price wouldn’t be refunded but only a store credit. That was disappointing. So I’m exchanging, paying Happy Returns $5 for the curtesy and hoping the new pair fits better. A bit too complicated so going forward I’ll stick with Mavi jeans.
The website gives detailed information on fit, sizing and cut, which makes it so easy to decide and place an order. This is my second time purchasing from Mott & Bow and I was delighted with the first jeans I received. Had many compliments. Fabulous quality and fit. So excited about my next order which is on the way.

Service and ease are critical for me. You do not allow returns giving back my money-only a store credit. Because of this I will not be able to purchase again. Sorry

I ordered two pair of jeans, since I travel a LOT and wanted to see if they actually are “travel” jeans. One pair did not look good, so I decided to return. While the pair I kept does look good, I will not be buying from this company again. While they *say* they accept Returns, they only give Gift Cards in return- not a full refund. Buyer Beware! You can’t try these jeans on and return them if you hate them!

After exchanging for a smaller size, I still find that the pants stretch out way too much! Especially in the hips and knees. They fit perfectly initially but quickly stretch out within an hour. They look so sloppy!
I am very disappointed that I can't get my money back. I would not recommend buying from your company because it's too big of a risk not being able to get your money back.

You sent me an email offering a 20% discount and then when I entered the code at checkout - it said, "discount no longer valid". I like your jeans & needed a second pair, so I proceeded with my purchase at full price - however, THIS IS HIGHLY MISLEADING!!! (False advertising!). I am very unhappy by your tactics and will need to find a new brand for my next pair of jeans

I really like the black and white T-shirts (short sleeve and long sleeve) - very soft and comfortable. What I don’t understand is why the same shirts in blue and crimson that I bought are a different material? Not as soft
and the fit is tighter?

Orders are always packed and shipped on time. Jeans have always been very consistent in size and fit. They’re also durable which is nice since I’m rough on my clothes.
