Im editing the review because this service, although slow, seems to be doing what they advertise. Just KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS FREE by going through your provider site. I entered it mistakenly thinking it was the provider because it wasn’t immediately obvious and I didn’t pay adequate attention. Save yourself $24!
I’m appreciative of this site giving me the opportunity to finally get my phone unlocked from this Carrier. They were very unfair to me when I switched from them. I gave them my password and they said it wasn’t right. I gave them another password they said it was wrong. At the time I was only using two passwords. So I know they did me wrong.
Once my financial institution decided you weren’t a scammer trying to steal my money, things were fine;)
But the aggravation was better than being scammed, been there done that!!

Do NOT use this service. They advertise that the average unlock time is up to 72 hours. Their customer service team keep advising that it’ll be done imminently but it has now been AN ENTIRE MONTH. This was supposed to be my daughter’s birthday present. Beyond frustrating!!!!!!

my phone never got unlocked after i’ve paid $24 the first time and then $84 the 2nd time i was told to give it 24-72 hours to be unlocked i called and never got a answer i emailed and only received an automated message.this company is a complete fraud and i need my money back so that i can use deviceunlock.com they’re much faster and better

This is a complete scam do not give in to this they do nothing but want money and more money and more money to provide a service that your company can actually provide for you. If you fall into this you'll be as stupid as I was. Do not I mean do not pay for anything. There are hackers scan artists

As of today, I still haven’t received my unlock order. If you need to unlock your phone, it’s best to use your carrier. I didn’t even have to pay to have them unlocked. A total of four devices two iPhones and two Apple Watches and were unlocked in one day. So don’t waste your time and money for something that is free from your carrier.
