I've been working with Lezooka for about 4 months now and have received 7 referrals so far. I' about to close one transaction this month and hopefully two more next month. I initially reached out to them for the referral form, and they asked if I could share my experience. Honestly, I'm very happy with Lezooka. I've been burned by other so-called referral networks in the past, but his time I'm truly satisfied with my investment. Looking forward to closing many more deals with Lezooka!

Warning: Stay Away from Lazooka (realizty) – A Complete Scam

I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Lazooka OR realizty markets itself as a lead generation company with bold promises, but in reality, it’s one of the biggest scams I’ve encountered in this industry. They lure clients in with claims of “guaranteed results” and a so-called refund policy, but once they have your money, everything changes.

The leads provided were either unresponsive, irrelevant, or completely fake. When I raised concerns and asked for a refund — as clearly stated in their sales pitch — I was met with excuses, delays, and ultimately, silence. Their “refund policy” is nothing but a bait-and-switch tactic designed to give false reassurance.

Save yourself time, money, and frustration. Do not fall for their slick sales talk or polished website. Lazooka is not a legitimate business — it’s a professional scam operation. I strongly advise others in the industry to steer clear.

I would give a minus star if I could. One of the biggest scammer, do not sign up !!! Got 4 unqualified , garbage lead in 12 month, and they were dare to send a a new invoice for a second year. The worst and biggest scammers I dealt with over 20 years of real estate !

Lezooka is nothing close to what they offer or advertise. Leads are dead as f@&k. Fake promises that you will get minimum 4 leads a month. 4 months passed 0 leads. All the reviews are fake. I didn’t have a good experience with them. I wish I could give them -star. They don’t even deserve the 1 star.

I was initially hesitant, but Lezooka quickly proved its value. The referral are genuine, motivated buyers and sellers, and the platform is incredibly user-friendly. The 20% referral fee is a small price to pay for the quality leads and support they deliver.

BEWARE - SCAM! Most leads provided were not valid phone numbers - clear that the due diligence promised to qualify leads was not done as sold. Upon requesting the refund, which had been assured that it would be done quickly has taken over 2 months and still no response. At this point they are not answering any inquiries for updates. Absolutely a scam, do not use.

Great referral network with solid lead quality! I've closed a few deals through them, and their process is smooth. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some leads take longer to convert, but overall, its a great investment.

I enrolled with Lezooka on October 4, 2024. It is now March 18, 2025.

In the first month of enrollment I received 4 leads. None of them were responsive after MANY attempts. Since then, the only thing that I have received was a request from Lezooka to approve the publication of a testimonial that they had pre-written, proclaiming that I have had immense success with their great leads and greater than expected lead flow.
I told them I would be more than happy to do this when they actually deliver leads to me. I have spoken with them on several occasions and their response is always "just wait - it will get better". it has not gotten better.
I have asked them for a refund and their response was that there is no guarantees of leads and that they cannot give me a refund before 365 days have expired.

IF they can ever give me a viable lead, I would be more than happy to change this review.

I just had a call with Lezooka who said that I have breeched our contract because the credit card company is third party and I have given them confidential information. And that because of this, they cancelled my agreement 3 months ago ... and didn't say anything to me.

They also said that this negative review somehow gives them the ability to cancel my service.

SO - they have canceled my service without notice and are refusing a refund.

They did say that If I remove this negative review and if I remove my CC dispute claim they would reinstate my service.
