The estate agent I was using wasn't very helpful and is even too busy to even give me updates or reassure me of some sort. I wanted to have another option in selling and that's when I saw one of their ads and decided to give them a call. I spoke to them and they were very helpful and answered my questions without any hesitation. Since that day and until the closing, I felt important. I was notified of everything I needed to know. I cannot recommend highly enough! 5 * service!!
Brandon was very good. He explained all the details. He asked all the relevant questions.He explained all the pros and cons. Very pleased with my interaction with him.

They were transparent with everything from the beginning. The rental returns, tenancy information, tenant details, and a lot more. I didn't even have to go to the property since they supplied me with everything I needed to know. Great people! made everything easier!

The sales team seem to be right on the case brining you deals left right and centre but when it comes to getting a refund, its totally different story.
I had to wait almost 9 days for the money to hit my bank again. It just does seem overly long for no reason. The finance team are very very lethargic, they definitely don't place the same level of energy in trying to get their customers their money back as fast as possible.
