This was my first experience ordering from K-Swiss US. The ordering process was very quick and easy. The delivery of my shoes came through the Amazon delivery service. It did take a bit longer than I expected but I got them within a couple weeks. The shoes were quite comfortable from the start. The only issue I'm having is the tie tab that comes up near the ankle rubs on the inside of my right ankle. I do have to wear a band-aid to keep it from causing too much discomfort when I'm wearing them. I hope this will relax in time.
I've bought 2 other brands before but returned them after trial. This is by far the only wide version court shoes that I tried that worked for my wide feet. The toe box is roomy and didn't hurt me at all and no break-in needed. I highly recommed K-Swiss wide version pickleball shoes to those with wide feet and have been looking for comfortable shoes with good support on the court!
They are amazing I have been wearing k Swiss for years they are the only shoes that are wide enough and tough enough for my line of work a lot of other shoes are too narrow for flat footed people. I will never stop wearing kswiss.

The tread on my pink K-Swiss shoes was worn from 2 years of playing pickleball. The rest of the shoe is like new, but I want to be as safe as possible on the courts. Finding the same shoe in a new color on the K-Swiss website was easy and I knew the fit would be perfect. After 2 weeks with the new black shoes, I'm loving them!
