I had to return a table and used my own shipping company to do so. When I had a hard time proving that the table had been delivered (i.e., a BOL was not enough), the Houzz customer service representatives were amazingly helpful!

I do a ton of price comparing as I am sourcing products for my clients and Houzz almost always wins out. They ship quickly, have great communication through delivery and make ordering a breeze!
I’ve used Houzz to purchase so many items for a new construction and now doing some remodeling on an older home. I love that you can search for a specific color, or style of anything and it pulls up numerous choices in all price ranges. Thank you, Houzz, you’re my go-to every time!
I found these and shortly afterwards had a minor car wreck distracting me from continuing my purchase. Upon going back to Houzz, they immediately popped up on my screen. The purchase was quick and easy and I can’t wait to receive them. The information supplied online included dimensions allowing me to be able to buy light bulbs that could be recharged and know that they would fit. Now I won’t have to hire an electrician to hardwire the lights on the wall, saving me lots of money and time. Also, I will be able to enjoy them starting from the day I receive them.
