Dishonest & Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs
This is a company that will take your payment but won't stand behind their deliveries. Their combative approach to customer service and refusal to provide basic documentation suggests they're either rudely incompetent or deliberately fraudulent.
Save yourself the headache - there are plenty of reputable retailers who actually value their customers.
