In very sharp contrast to the vast majority of telephone "help" sites, the one at Godaddy.com does what any reasonable customer would want them to do. They have thankfully avoided the entirely frustrating AI "receptionists" systems and instead gave me very ready access to a techical specialist who understood my problem and fixed it in short order. Setup a new website. Absolutely the worst experience ever in setting up webhosting. The support people, none of them could take 2 dots and make a straight line. They try to be nice but end result is always they can't help you. They charge you hidden fees. The billing options given, only work, in their words, some of the time. They lie to you in hopes you hang up and leave them alone. Long wait times. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

On April 1, I let Nicholas from Go Daddy try to upgrade some things on my account and all he did was make it 10 times worse since April 1 I have not been able to receive any messages from my clients mind you This is peak season for me so I lost out on thousands of dollars before he did any changes I was getting emails every single day to now not receiving any emails for more than one 3 weeks. I am so upset. I hope this never happens to anyone that’s trying to run a business through Go Daddy. I’m sure every single client that tried to message me has already found someone to take care of them which means I lost out 100% here. I am so upset I Let Nicholas take over my account and all he did was charge me more and now I haven’t received any email since April 1. I have lost out onso many thousands of dollars and all of my clients that have been trying to send me messages. Have found someone else I want a full 10 years of Go Daddy for free. This is ridiculous. I hope no one ever has to go through this. I am so frustrated. This is peak season for me and now I justlost out on thousands of dollars 😣
