The attention to detail by the sales team was very helpful. Donovan, my initial contact, had a day off during the “sales process” and his colleague continued answering my questions so I was fully informed with my decision.
The thumb drives arrived a day earlier than anticipated too.

The person helping me was very knowledgable and a great help to figure out exactly what I needed and to get my items customized. I was presented multiple options for design, memory size and pricing.
