The Fashion Nova website was easy to navigate due to the clean and uncluttered design. I appreciated the refreshing diversity of the models that represented your company. The clothing mostly looks casual, hip, and stylish which is what I look for. The prices fit my budget and I loved the first time purchaser discount - fantastic! I plan on returning to Fashion Nova in the future in order to purchase additional items. I discovered your site through a Google search for a hunter green blazer for a quickly approaching family gathering. I was able to find what I needed for both my son and I. I will update my review once items are delivered.

Fashion Nove is a top tier luxury boutique that I frequent often for fine garments for a fraction of the retail price. I am very happy with my purchases and their selection is amazing! I advise anyone that is new to the site to continually browse the site and type in random searches for colors, styles etc. and you will discover more items that you didn't knoe existed on the website. They literally have thousands upon thousands of fine clothes and I'm here for it!

My middle son is going through some serious medical issues. He has lost quite a bit of weight. Thanks to your great line of clothes and reasonable prices, I was able to get him a new spring/summer wardrobe. You know the saying, " When you look good, you feel good!". I also could not have been able to get so much without your diverse payment options.

I enjoy shopping with Fashion Nova. They have something but both myself and teenage daughters. Only thing that could improve is easier shopping for the curve selection. I have to search longer and more in depth to find what they offer. Should be an easier option to find curvy/plus clothing on the website.

Be careful!

After deception, we gave them a second chance... And we were again deceived.

Watch your credit card statement with Fashion Nova, and never ever let them have access to your bank account.

This company is shady, at best.

FN is a plus for me

FN is a plus for me. Anytime I have a problem with my order they ensure that the situation is rectified. This is one of my favorite online shopping stores. The styles and fashions are so beautiful. FN has new items in stock all the time. As long as they keep the styles coming, i will continue to shop at this site. One of my favorite things about FN is that they have great promotions on their products which is good for frequent shoppers. Thank you FN.

I have been ordering from fashion nova…

I have been ordering from fashion nova for a couple of years , Never really had a issue until just recently , I ordered a dress and a jumpsuit for my birthday and the only thing i received was my dress no jumpsuit and I paid my money for both , i tried reaching out to the help center on multiple occasions , the only response i got was your package was delivered , First of all i never said it wasn’t delivered I said a item were missing , I made several attempts to contact them and let them know. I still haven’t received my jumpsuit. No one have gotten back with me and I also googled and wrote the CEO and still no response. I will not be shopping here ever again. Also this has happened to my daughter last year when she has purchased something and not gotten her merchandise. Please beware that if you happen to purchase something and you Do not get it you may have to take a loss on your money like I did After this experience, I do not recommend fashion nova

UK buyers beware!

Honestly if I could give them zero I would! I've been shopping on Fashion Nova for a while now, which has mostly been ok but last week I sent back an order (had to pay for my own shipping to the USA) which they refused to accept twice with no explanation whatsoever.

When getting in contact with customer service I was told that I'd have to wait for it to be returned and ship it back again, which is ridiculous as that means I'd have to pay again resulting in me paying more in shipping costs than my actual order.

Please be aware that rather than give you your money back you'll get store credit.

DONT PAY FOR EXTRA SHIPPING SCAM

I paid 20$ for one day shipping and I’m being told it’s going to get here 3 days later (free shipping option) . That’s crazy I paid extra for it just to get the same thing. And on top of that you don’t offer a cash refund???? Don’t pay for extra shipping. Scamming af your gonna get it the same time as free shipping.

You all keep canceling my order

You all keep canceling my order. This is my 4th time placing this same order. I need it shipped to where I am in Georgia which is different from my billing address. I’ve contacted my bank twice. Their response was is fashion nova canceling the order. I’ve also emailed you all. I hope it works this time.

Poor business practices

One thing I don't like. About them is the fact. You can't get your money back. I didnt know that about them. When I placed an order with them. I usually won't deal with a store. That refuses to give your money back. That should be made known. Before someone orders from here. I'll be double checking for sure now. When purchasing from stores anywhere. Most stores don't do this. Keep your money when you return an order. I know it keeps their business going. Them not giving ppls money back. What if you can't find something. Your forced to buy anyway. Because they keep your money regardless. That isn't right for stores to do to me. Ppl should always have the option. To be refunded their money back. Also they need to make that known. To ppl before they place an order. No company should be allowed. To keep ppls money like this. When they don't inform you upfront. Now I've got to find something. From them since I can't throw away money. Like that seems wrong to me.

I ordered this Missy Wide Leg Twill…

I ordered this Missy Wide Leg Twill Trouser - Off White $29.99 Comp which has two colors and it’s buy one get one free. Then I ordered this Ollie Shirt - Taupe which was also Bogo. But then I was changed for both pants and the top free. These are two different items so why was I charged? This to me is misleading the customer,
