Amazing service and product quality- the team was extremely responsive and answered all my questions around patch type, design and turn around time. Ryan was awesome, he did a great job suggesting improvements for the designs to make production easier/ more defined on the actual product. The hats and patches came out great, will definitely be ordering more!
Ryan Lee graphic designer did a fantastic job handling my questions and giving me multiple options to choose from. Being a very small company, it was important to get it right the first time. My hats should up as advertised. Very happy with my experience.
It took a bit longer than expected to finally receive the promotional product we ordered (ball caps), but once they arrived they looked well-made. Their designer was helpful and prompt with our requests. We will likely use this manufacturer again but will plan for a longer turnaround time.

I wanted a hat that was adjustable and that has a snap back - i made it very clear in the numerous emails. But in the end i did not get this. waste of money - don't fit the purpose.

We got the product around the time it was expected. All of our questions were answered. The quality of the product is excellent and of fine detail. Our University Students love these hats! The staff love the hats too BUT love the affordable price a little more. We will no doubt be repeat customers.
