Sometimes as a customer it is hard not to take out your frustration on the customer service representative when they are only doing their job. I contacted CUNJ this morning and I immediately went into a rage. I would like to personally thank A. Andrews (A.A) for being so patient and professional with me. Sincere apologies once again. A.A. even took the time to personally call me back to notify me that my issue was resolved. The world needs more people like A.A. and I certainly learned a lesson today. Thank you!!

Angeline was wonderful to work with - careful, thorough, professional, gave me confidence in my requests, easily made changes to my requests. Also appreciated her polish and calm. She answered my questions and provided everything I needed to feel good about working with CUNJ.

I have been a member for 23 years. In that time, I have had a used car loan and 2 share secured loans. I recently inherited some money and found member services very helpful with suggestions on how to invest it in the CU as I prefer not to invest in the market. Card Services has also been very easy to work with as recently as last week. I noticed I had unauthorized charges in February and March for the same amount so my card was reported “stolen” even though I had it and I was given provisional credit for both transactions. My new card should be in the mail. Truly Exceptional Service!

I'm a member with NJCU for over 37 years. To avoid the travel, crowed and the difficulty to get an appointments on Saturdays, I have been going to Hamilton Township Branch since opened. I would like to express my thanks and appreciations to the Branch Manager, Sandra Girgis, for her Patient, professional, and most of all is to show what the best deal for the members. Great Personality and good for Credit Union of NJ to have these kind of Employees,
and I wish her a great future with the Credit Union of NJ.

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service!

I called with a problem and my customer support rep, Anthony C, was WONDERFUL! He was understanding, patient, and very, very knowledgeable. I walked away with a better understanding of the services available, which I will absolutely look into, thanks to such great guidance from Anthony. Fabulous service. I'm a new member and definitely feeling great about banking with CUNJ thanks to this call!
