Where do I begin! Well, I will tell you that I am a very satisfied customer. I don’t know what I would have done without choicehomewarranty, I put a claim Friday morning on two different problems, and choicehomewarranty responded very quickly and had a plumber at my house by 2:30 that afternoon.
By 5:30 they were done and I had hot water and a nice working kitchen sink. They replaced my water heater and fixed a leak on my kitchen sink.
Thank you Homechoice!!!!!!!!!

The technician showed up at 08:00PMish on an appointment set between 08-04PM. I had to reach out to the vender who texted back sayin the tech should arrive by 7PM, he actually did get here at 08:02. I took half a day off fot almost nothing. After taking pictures Home Choice had the audacity to deny the top manifold which obviously was worn out

Consumer Fraud comes to mind, CHW doesn’t cover anything, CHW doesn’t have a very long vendor list and if you have an issue that needs to be repaired asap they can’t provide it. Our water heater started leaking and they wanted to send a company ten days later to look at it. We chose to hire our local plumber and get reimbursed but after submitting all the paperwork requested we were offered $82.50 for a repair that was $1,850.00
CHW said they had their limits and rates. Unacceptable
Be aware of their lawsuits and their practices of non coverage
Cancelled our remaining contract

I am trying to understand the process …e company and w

I am trying to understand the process involved with a claim. Today a the technician that was assigned to my claim, called and informed me that my garage air conditioner was low on freon. I informed him that I had freon added only a few months ago, and told him there must be a leak could he look and fix it. He said he would check if he could. When I got home, nothing had been done to repair it. I called the company and was informed they needed a new work order to go any further. Why can't the company repair the unit by the first order?

$75 plus a years worth of premiums for nothing.

It took about 2 weeks to get a plumber to come out to our house then the plumber called in the diagnosis and the company claimed it was not covered because the sup pump is outside the house. This was discussed prior to purchasing the plan and mentioned when. Placing the claim. Not I’m out the $75 for the service call for nothing and I’ll have to pay for the repair also.

New customer

I had the pleasure of getting my home warranty set up by Johnny Farag. He was very professional and helpful. He made sure he gave my referral a month of free service and looked for all discounts that were available. My hat goes off to you Mr Johnny. Keep up the amazing job.

Thank you

Choice warranty only denies claims

Choice warranty only denies claims. They are only looking for ways to disapprove claims and then they have a useless appeal process. It is a process to justify why the claim was denied and not to help the customer and come to an actual agreement. I would give them no stars but I can't. I am waiting for the end of the contract to cancel them forever. Useless company.
