Customer service team might be a *little* hit/miss, but when it hits the team is great. So just try again if you get a bad answer. Some of the parts have multiple parts that aren't properly documented by the 3rd party manufacturer so small parts might be difficult to source/replace if something breaks.

Headlight I ordered fit perfectly. Shipping took a little longer than stated. CSR's should have access to more in depth logistics to provide a better understanding of where ordered products are at any given time.

BTW - the part was a rebuilt alternator, looked like brand new, and works perfectly.
This is about the fourth one I have purchased through CP.C all for toyotas, and all fit, worked, etc.

I ordered a left front fender for 2001 Honda Civic it was suppose to be delivered next day and they put me off for three days said get and got it 4 days late and when got it was an after market part as well as scratched when delivered took me time to put on due to not bolting up being after market and talked to them no compensation for waiting 3 extra days for delivery or scratched part definitely never used again I'd rather use lkq pick a part ordered part April 12th and got it 17th order number CPX25103208745454

I purchased a transmission rebuild kit
I purchased a transmission rebuild kit. I never even opened the box and requested a return for the kit. I was granted a return. So I returned the kit as specified per car parts. And it is going on 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I contacted their online support and asked what was taking so long. I was informed that they were still inspecting the parts. As I mentioned the package was in its original state because I never opened it. Ended up not needing the rebuild kit. So if you plan to purchase anything from Car Parts be very sure you need it because the return is apparently pretty difficult. Had I known it was this difficult I would have not ordered anything at all. My next step it to contact my credit card company to resolve this issue.

If I could give half a star or no…
If I could give half a star or no stars, I absolutely would. I placed two orders a couple weeks ago and had no issues. I placed an order last Friday, April 4th, the money was taken from my account for the purchase. Now they are trying to charge me again for it and are claiming and harassing me saying I never paid for my purchase. Yet, I have confirmation emails, and invoices that I paid for my purchase. I will not be using this website again, EVER. I recommend nobody else does either, because clearly they can't keep their word on delivery dates, and can't process payments correctly.

You gave me a refund of $20.00, fine, but it leaves me the incomplete spare part and now I have to buy the lamps on my own.

Hi- being a glutton of stupidity I have purchased parts from these clowns on a few different occasions. The first two were complete crap as the parts sold would have disabled part of my lighting system (headlights) and a complete goat rope trying to get reimbursed. Bank got Mastercard involved before it was resolved. Now I stupidly purchased another part and am playing the “delay in transit” story remarkably like the last time. Took 8 days to move literally 10 miles in California and this delivery is looking to be via “Auctane” shipping. Today is the “delivery by date”. What a Trump like transaction treat.

Scam alert! scam alert! avoid..
This place is a scam of a company who shouldn't be allowed to sell anything let alone Auto Parts. Anytime or place charges you more money for a level of shipping protection that should be free is a problem. Especially when they send heavy Auto Parts across the country with absolutely no padding protection or anything in the Box. There's no tape on the outside of the box to keep the Staples from breaking through the box. As if that wasn't awful enough, they advertised Direct Fit parts (that not only don't fit directly) that arent even compatible. Good luck trying to get them to pay for shipping to return the items. I truly despise the fact that I ever purchased anything from this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
