Tyler Ruger w/ CapCenter is an excellent realtor!! From the day I listed to the day I closed Tyler was there. It wasn’t the easiest buyers to deal w/ & Tyler made it much better. He has incredible follow up, professionalism, knowledge, patience, & determination to do what was in my best interest! I listed on Oct. 4th & we closed on Nov. 7th. CapCenter was also very easy to work with. Whether you’re buying or selling, I highly recommend Tyler & CapCenter!

Second, my Agent Brian S. was very knowledgeable and although I had a few hiccups along the way, he always provided encouragement and sound advice. This prove to me he was constantly helping me, eventhough I was not his only client at the time.
Lastly, I would highly recommend anyone selling a house to compare the fees against Cap Center. I will guarantee their fees are much less and will guarantee the service is much better than other real estate agencies.
I am amazed at how easy and efficient this process was. I was with Rocket Mortgage and LoanDepot before this and was aghast at their tortuous loan process. CapCenter was ten times faster and all of their associates were smart, capable and responsive. They also offer insurance brokering services which saved me money on my homeowners insurance. Highly recommend them!
Our loan agent was excellent. She was always helpful and clear, and made the process go smoothly. Together with our own lawyer, this was the smoothest mortgage financing (of 6 or 7) that we have ever done. That plus the fact that Cap Center offered the lowest rate of the four places we contacted, including two with closing costs.
The online application process worked well for the most part. Sometimes it was not clear what exactly was wanted, and we needed the link provided by Lexi to get to the right place. Logging onto the site didn't work.

Capcenter has treated us very well! I recommend them to everyone we can. We have worked with CapCenter twice for buying a home and both times was a smooth process. As new home buyers we had no clue where to start but the process was very smooth with the multiple different areas they had avaliable to us like Home Insurance, Title research, legal help and so much more.
Overall, I am very glad that I choose to worked with CapCenter and would love to do it again in the future.

This is our second experience with CapCenter. The level of customer service far exceeds any other mortgage company that we have worked with. They are very professional, quick to respond and Extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Josh Gravitt, James Anderson, Kira Payne and Tyler Sanders who helped us from start to finish. What a fine team! They made our entire experience stress free. And most importantly who wants to pay closing costs? There are no closing costs at CapCenter! Last but not least …everyone loves the free pie you get at Thanksgiving! ❤️

My wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter online, through the online portal, or phone calls. Everyone was polite with how sometimes they had to explain things to me a few times because of the way of my war disabilities. I am glad I can give you five stars, and we are already referring CapCenter to our friends and anyone who wants to buy a house (I would say our enemies, but we don't have any...).

CapCenter saved me so much money and yet just as good as any realty company. Our realtor Warner cared so much about us and the outcome as the sellers were very difficult. I had an excellent experience with Cap Center. I refinanced my mortgage through them back in 2021 and recently they helped me get a new landlord insurance policy. Amanda was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. With her help, I was able to save a couple hundred off my existing insurance policy. Thank you Amanda!
