Checks arrived super fast without any mistakes. However, I called customer service because the check numbers were between the routing and account numbers. Customer service told me to contact my bank, which I did. The bank employee told me the checks were correct and that is the way the bank prefers the numbers on the checks. I just never saw that before with previous banks.
I would like clearer information on pricing. It appears It appears I could get checks for one price but then as I begin my order it tells me that price is only for new customers. Please be more upfront with return customer pricing
It was easy to place an order, however I was a little disappointed on account not being able to order the exact checks I wanted. I wanted checks with all white tigers on them instead I had to choose checks that was mixed tigers. PLEASE GET SOME CHECKS WITH ALL WHITE TIGERS.
I appreciated the note that came up when I mis-typed the routing number.
It was difficult for me to see and compare the prices of the checks. I had to go into each check link to view the prices.
In some cases, I could not tell how many checks were in a packet and if the checks were set up in a larger book of three.
I also couldn't understand why some checks were 5 times as expensive as others. There was a purple check, for instance, that seemed quite expensive.
I could not find a way to order more than one set of checks before I paid for the first set.
After I paid for the first set of checks, and clicked on "continue shopping," the prices increased dramatically, so I didn't submit another order.

I called Bradford today to let them know my checks were delivered to the wrong address and all I got was attitude and no help from both the rep and supervisor. I have been a customer with Bradford for decades and this will be the last time I order from here. You need to get more professional people that know how to deal with people who have the personal banking info delivered to the wrong house.
The picture attached is not my front door. I call UPS and they tell me to call Bradford. I call Bradford and they tell me to call UPS. I paid my money to Bradford.

It was fine, but I'm shocked you don't have users create a login first so they know they are in a secure site. For all people know, it could be a scam site and now they have your account info. This just happened to me actually. I would lock down the frontend and make users log in. Plus, you'll avoid legal issues down the road in the event data is compromised. Besides that, it was a great deal so thanks.

The deliver was much later that it was supposed to be. When I phoned asking for a tracking number the Lady said with do not have tracking numbers because you didn't pay for a tracking number and then she hung up on me. I will NEVER order from them again.
