Have tried and tried and then informed there was a $65 fee imposed before I could get an account established again.
Kind of disappointing but I have moved on to another carrier.

Order new service with a brand new phone, received a used phone with 10 different numbers already eSIM on it. Was charged a full month for an added line that was active for 2 weeks. No discount because they don’t offer that. So make sure you start your service at the beginning of the month only. The phone issue was to return it and wait for a different phone, business should fulfill what is initially expected.
I love Boost mobile I’ve been a customer of theirs for probably going on i’d say 18 years it was when they first came out. I love their prices. I love that they offer unlimited services that are truly actually unlimited. Unlike other companies and their customer care is awesome. If you can’t get a representative on the phone then just click on the option that says that your phone’s screen won’t work and they will get to you right away!

I requested an extension and they refused then I go to pay it and it was wayyyy higher then I was originally quoted I had to change my bill plan completely because the salesman jus sold me a bunch of bullshit i understand being a salesman and making sales but the truth with customers will get you so much further trust me I know im self employed I have to sell jobs I was suppose to get so much more for what I paid for ans then to have to change it to make it cheaper the manager asked me if I could find her pills well she wasn’t the actual manager she says she goes back and forth to two diff stores but opens and pls DONT be there when they open cause she always opens way late and giggled im livid and I don’t know how much longer I will keep this as my companies services

5 months… no phone
I signed up for your service n Dec 24,2024. It is April 21, 2025, and I STILL HAVE NO WORKING PHONE!!!!
Something happened during transfer from 11 pro max to 16pro max. Now both say SOS, the 16 says needs new SIM. Spoken to many many Boost employees, referred to Apple- spoke to Apple- who mirrored the 16 & std. needs new sim. Boost employees just don’t get it. So I pay my bill monthly, and can only call 911.
