I was hoping for an easy experience as past reviews made BlueHost a user friendly webhosting tool for beginners, but I have had problem after problem, what is good about it though, is that BlueHost Customer service is so far EXTREMLY helpful. I had a DNS error that was fixed on the spot. The web building tools are still confusing for a beginner, but I think I made a good choice for webhosting.

My tech support Deon was exceptional. He fixed my DNS records question promptly. He was curteous and the each response was reasonably fast enough. So many other chat support makes you wait several minutes between receiving a response from the agent.
Initially, the just host+blue host interface appeared 'strange' because I couldn't login the cpanel. Traditionally it automatically logins. With a different interface, everything was hard to settle in! But with the assistance from Chandana on the Blue host chat, I've been able to login and access my files as I used to. The steps first teased me as I was nervous but Chandana has been very patient, offering additional information at every inquiry! Finally it worked just like it has been working! Thank you Chandana for your patience and support! The least I could do is share my experience here!
I just made the transfer from JustHost to BlueHost. Customer service was available by chat after hours. Very quick, professional, solved my concern. Helped me to get my site unlocked. Hopefully all will go smoothly from here.
